I'm happy with this screen protector. It went on well and feels satisfyingly smooth to the touch. It rises just a tiny bit above the Deck's plastic face so it's nice and thick, ensuring your screen is safe from scratches and bangs, but touchscreen responsiveness feels identical to me with no issues registering taps or gestures. The protector is cut to fit the Deck's screen precisely, filling about 99.5 percent of its space for an easy fit. I can't speak for anti-glare since my screen wasn't one to begin with, the image looks the same to me. The glass doesn't do much against smudges (any glass screen is going to get smudgy) but it's easily wiped off leaving no scratches behind. Ultimately this was a good deal, I feel more confident moving my Deck around now. The screen was easy to apply with no lasting bubbles and should anything happen to this one I've still got two left.     • Perfect fit for my Steam Deck!
I recently purchased the amFilm screen protector for my Steam Deck and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with this product. The screen protector fits my device perfectly and was easy to apply without any bubbles or issues. The clarity of the screen protector is excellent, with no loss of color or sharpness in the image. And I love that it's anti-glare, which means that even when I'm playing in bright sunlight, I can still see the screen clearly without any annoying reflections or glare.     • Love the protection hate the glare
I adore that it came with three so even if I messed up on the first one I could try again. But despite messing up on the first one I just pulled it back off and immediately put it back on and it worked fine and then I just got rid of the bubbles. Fits perfectly onto my LED streamdeck with no issues, Feels great and glides well with touch pretty much right out of the box. My cat pretty much skided to cross the top of my steam deck on my bed not even a day after and it didn't even really leave a scratch despite her having very scratchy claws. The one major issue that I do have with it is if you're outside you will see your own reflection fairly clearly, you pretty much have to turn them brightness to Max to be able to see the video game properly and even then you can see yourself. It did weirdly have a better sensitivity when I was playing outside while it was raining though, Not sure why but not sure how to word "Made Steamdeck work better when wet" 😆 TLDR: Pros: Feels good to the touch Comes with more than just one Incase. Easy to apply Protected from scratches and water well Cons: A glaring Glare issue 😅 (which alone for a lot of people could be a deal-breaker) Great value for protection I'm happy to have, but you might want to end up getting a cheap anti-glare slap on screen on top of this product, which may make it at least feel redundant.     • Still holding strong almost 2 years later
I've had one of these screen protectors installed since the Deck arrived in 2022 and the other two have still been sitting in that box to this day. The one I installed has served more than well this entire time with many many hours of gameplay and still has yet to show any noticeable cracks or scratches. The touch screen is fully functional behind this protector with no issues whatsoever. CAUTION: The model I'm reviewing is for the LCD model ONLY. The OLED screen is bigger and will require a different sized protector. Also, if you have an anti-glare screen on your deck, this protector will nullify that coating leaving you with the same glossy look as everyone else without one. You may want to look into an anti-glare screen protector in this case if that bothers you. ... show more

I ordered this because I wanted to make sure my screen on my steam deck didn't get scratches or worse (I have kids and a big dog who loves cuddles) it came in and it's a hard cover. My husband installed it for me because I am clumsy. It was easy to install and there are no bubbles. I tend to forget it's even there. I don't notice any problems with the touch screen and there isn't more glare than usual. Make sure your screen is clean and dust free before starting with the cleaning kit they give you and you should be just fine. I love it ... show more

I didn’t like these screen protectors. I’ve put many on various devices, so it’s not like I don’t know what I’m doing. I cleaned the screen, removed any dust, and ensured it was as pristine as possible before adding the screen protector. The adhesive wasn’t good; it wouldn’t adhere to the screen well, and I had to push kind of hard (harder than I should have, might I add). Nothing was wrong with the screen on the Deck itself, but the bubbles persisted. I used 2 of the 3 that came with the box (66%), and I feel like I was robbed because I’ve gotten other screen proctors and never had this problem. 0 stars if I could, but I do not recommend it. ... show more
