I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Loupusuo Luxury. I received it in November and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick). I decided to wait until I had used it for two months prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seat and water. I love this toilet so much that now very seldom sue any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same! Don't mind my mess were doing a complete remodel needed a toilet will have to remove to do my floor but 10/10 worth the money. The seat opens right up for you it auto flushes. It works amazing. Great product! Easy to use, comfortable seating, lots of control options (seat and water temperature, water pressure, water patterns, etc.). The automated seat (lifts and lowers on its own) amd flush features are quite nice. Installation was relatively straightforward, with all connections included. The top is partially removable to provide access to the flange bolts. Before buying, be sure you check the location of the power and water source. The water needs to be 6" from the floor to allow for proper water line installation (standard in many homes is 2"-4 "). Overall, very satisfied with the product. ... show more

Wow! What an amazing toilet. I just purchased and installed two Loupusuo L08 Max smart tankless toilets in my new house. A truly phenomenal unit. It uses very little water, flushes well and the cleaning function is brilliant. I’m loving the warm water for my tushee and the heated seat on these cold mornings. We installed this toilet at our house about 10 months ago. We have absolutely loved it. It has worked great that isn’t until recently. We have encountered a problem where the actuator arm that lifts the toilet seat malfunctions, which has caused the connector on the seat to crack and break. I have been through all of the literature included with this product, and there is no contact information for the seller to discuss warranty issues or order replacement parts. When using the contact seller link on Amazon, the Bot tells me That Amazon handles the customer service for the seller. when I have chatted with Amazon customer service they have been unable Or unwilling to help me get in contact with the seller to discuss this issue. It is truly a shame to have a $500 toilet that is broken and we are unable to utilize some of the key features of the product. If You are the seller and are reading my review, please contact me. My review would be five stars had the product not self-destructed or if I were able to contact the manufacturer and resolve the issue. ... show more

I recently had two bathrooms renovated in my home. My renovator recommended this particular toilet because he had great success with it in terms of installation and customer satisfaction. So I bought two of them. I am so glad I did. I love them and cannot imagine going back to a "dumb" toilet. They are very easy to use. There's an instruction booklet that I glanced at, but just playing around with the remote is a good way to get used to the many functions. There's so much to love about this--the way the toilet "recognizes" me and opens the lid (and closes it). I've long been a lid needs to be closed person, so I like that feature a lot. So many features, including changing the temperature and pressure of the water, direction of the water, drying, flushing, lighting, self cleaning, temperature of seat, and even a "massage" function. I have been advocating it to my friends and highly recommend it. The price is more than fair, and I'm so glad I got one for each bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that the flush is kind of loud, but I've already acclimated to it. ... show more

The fittings were odd shapes, some of the parts were damaged. Looks great, had great features. Very questionable pressure too - I had a bidet seat that was perfect for 5 years but with bathrooms remodel wanted the sleek look of the toilet.
