This is a simple, comfortable, large couch. I never liked buying furniture online as it always comes out way smaller than you thought. This is actually couch sized. I am able to lay down fully on just two sections. Where the sections come together you can tell it's sectional if you look for it, but when you're just enjoying tv or reading you'd never notice. The couch is awesome. Package arrived over two days. They're not very heavy. Easy to move around and assemble. Easy to put together and adjust. Lots of plastic to throw away. I filled one of the bags a couch section came in with all the other plastic of the other pieces. This thing is sturdy too. It has springs and the bases are strong. Overall, I am super happy with this purchase. It's actually couch sized; I can't express this enough. You are actually buying a couch, not some playroom thing. I will probably buy another section at some point. The ottoman doesn't have any connectors, but it's not going anywhere. It connects via these U shaped brackets. Love it so far. It's huge. Mostly comfy. Super soft. The back rests feel a little weird but I think it just needs to be broken in more, adjusted or I need to get used to it. Took two of us to put together but could be done with one person and some patience. It was really annoying to use the Allen key for the legs without an additional tool like a drill or something that ratchets. Do yourself a favor. The couch backs are a perfect 3/4 support like a bench seat in a 1970's pickup truck. The seat cushion is firm, yet doesn't get too soft when broken in. The back cushions are a less dense foam that velco to the couch back, that allows for comfort and ease of cleaning. They are shipped in individual boxes per piece which allows for easy placement for set-up. All the parts are inside each section. But be aware, sometimes the vacuum sealed pillows expand, making the removal from the base difficult but not impossible. Set-up is simple with just 8 allen head bolts (tool supplied) to attach the plastic feet. The backs slide onto pre-installed hardware. The pieces attach to each other with supplied brackets that slide into designated locations along the left or right side to prevent separation while in use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this couch! I would give it a 5 but I wasn’t the one that put it together … my husband would like the back support to be stronger, but it’s pretty firm. It was way bigger than we thought, a lot of reviews said it was low to the ground but we’re taller people and thought it was perfect. Love the color and material. Material is soft, couch is firm.
