We easily installed these fixtures and have it set on motion only as we do not want continuous light. It really lights up the entire stairs and beyond! Led bright white light is exactly what we wanted. We also like the adjustability of them. But let me say a thing or two about the customer service. We ordered 2 and one failed to come with the installation hardware so I emailed the company directly and received very quick response and had the replacement parts within 4 days! So this company stands behind their products! I would choose ordering these lights again over the competition even if I had to pay a few dollars more(but I bought the 2 on black Friday sale so they were the better deal anyway). For years I have put up with an awfully overactive imagination. In the long winter months, it gets dark before 4:30 pm. So before even returning from work! I was tired of triapsing through the dark and finally pulled the trigger on this light. The days of walking to and from the car in the dark are long gone. No longer must I fear taking out the trash while an unknown creature waits in the night (because cmon, we all watch too much true crime and wild animal attacks). It's great being able to adjust the sensitivity on the motion sensor and angle it just right. Now it activates whether I'm walking from the front or side of the house, and it lights up all the way to the edge of the street! This light is awesome and just what I needed.
