The design on the cups is gorgeous, everything came packaged in a travel case that protects all of the parts well, and the pieces are all very easy to use and clean. I also feel like this is a great value for the money. I do want to mention that the bamboo top cracked a bit down the middle, but it’s nothing that has caused worry or affected the tea experience for us, just something to note. This set is so cute, not at all disappointed. However, the tray did come a bit warped, but I fixed it by summering it in water an then letting it dry under a heavy flat weight. The porcelain is delicate and hit resistant. The Gaiwan top fits a bit too low so there is no room to fit enough water to serve the 6 cups the tea set comes with, this set should come with 4 cups only. Sturdy carrying case, though cup slots are quite tight. Six cups seem excessive for set's intimate portion. Provides a calming, quality tea experience in a gorgeous, miniature package. Feels a bit cheap but okay for the price point. The bamboo layer is kinda hard to remove and the whole thing is a bit hard to clean. The filter clogs after a few uses and washing it (even pretty thoroughly) does not unclog it entirely.
