Unless it has issues which is always possible with any product sometimes things r just faulty. Powerful vibration, easy to clean, the noise can be loud just depends so wouldn't recommend if ur afraid of anyone hearing. Make sure to re charge b4 each use otherwise it isn't as powerful.
