I bought this pump and used it once. It worked fine. Another couple months I wanted to use it again and the pump would not compress. It stopped working. I contacted their product support and never received a response. Bad product, bad customer support, do not buy!

    • This is a terrible piece
I bought this to add gear oil to the transaxle on an old Porsche I have. I read a lot of bad reviews but decided to purchase it anyway because I wouldn’t be using it regularly and it was well priced. I feel that I used it pretty responsibly but by the time I got into the 3rd of 3 quarts of fluid it had stopped pumping liquid. When I removed it from the bottle the pump had fallen apart inside. I’m actually impressed with how bad this item is. Not worth your time. Just find something else. ... show more

    • The solution to handle and manage oil in difficult to reach spots.
I have a 1930 Ford Model A, and on various occasions need to fill the differential with a very thick gear oil. Well, this bottle and pump is the solution, and makes fill up an easy job with at all no mess. Very happy with this item, and have ordered 2 ea.

    • Nice for small jobs, get ready to pump a lot!
Bought this knowing it was only a quart size bottle but after first use I quickly found out that it littlerally takes probably around 150 pumps or more I'm guessing to empty 1 quart. I wanted to change all the diff fluids on my truck and transfer case fluids. I also have a tundra with no dipstick on my trans {filler plug on bottom} so I bought 2 one for trans fluid and one for diff fluid. I went through 2 gallons of 75/90 gear oil and 4 quarts on trans fluid with this, my arm was not happy with me after pumping this bottle laying on my back under my truck almost 2000 times! Needless to say it did get the job done. The filler tube is nice with the end bent so you can ''hook" it on the filler hole and then not have to hold the hose when filling. It does not empty the fluid completely out of the bottle, it leaves about 4 ounces in the bottom that the suction tube inside the bottle dosen't get out. This tool works better than a suction gun in some ways because of the hooked hose and it dosen't leak like a suction gun tends to do. The whole tool would work a bit nicer if the supply hose was Just a bit larger to empty the bottle faster with fewer pumps and the stroke on the pump was a bit longer to aid in moving more fluid faster. All in all a great little tool at a fair price, wouldn't suggest this for multiple big jobs but one or two little ones it gets the job done! ... show more

Used this to ‘over fill’ a evo 9 transfer case, the factory fill point with this weight of oil will show full well before it fills all areas of the case. That being said it takes a decent amount of pressure to force 90 weight from the bottom, while slow this pump worked well and moves fluid the entire stroke which the cheaper screw on to bottle ones do not, also hold a pretty good suction so fluid in hose doesnt seem to want to flow out if hose is dropped. Only gripe is it had an open hole on the lid to allow air in and as such if you knock it over it will leak. The hose is supposed to act as a plug for storage, i made up a plug for mine instead.     • Not worth it. Expensive for the quality. Leaks after 3 Pump services.
The pump basically seized up instantly after 3 pump services. It was still possible to pump but each pump took forever and took a lot of force. Started to leak fluid from the pump cylinder and became a mess job each time use it.

    • Great bottle for F150 Transmission fill.
One thing to keep in mind, the last ounce of product is not accessible because of the level of the pump and the way the bottle is made so if you need to pump 12 oz, you will need to put 13 oz. in the bottle. It was perfect and very manageable to fill my 2015 F150 transmission with fluid during a drain and filter change. I think I had to pump like 220 times for a quart. It seems like a lot but it really wasn't all that bad and it pumps easy. It is graduated on the side and allowed me to keep accurate track on the amount of fluid I was putting in. It also seemed very sturdy considering the cost. I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

    • No volume in pumping
I don’t do many reviews but felt that if someone actually wants an honest review, then here goes. I bought this in hopes of refilling my tiki torches a little easier as it has a hooked metal tube at the end (probably its best asset). I filled it with the tiki juice and was excited to give it a try. Pump pump pump and barely a trickle out of it. And of course the family has their opinions as to why I’m not using it correctly….
