The bike comes extremely well packaged completely surrounded in styrofoam is very simple to put together and only took me about 25 minutes. The best way I could describe the bike is a small bike made for big people witch makes it so much more comfortable than all the other pit bikes I’ve seen and tried the seat is very long and wide so a kid can have a ton of room and a adult or teen could ride without being awkward. Bike has enough power to satisfy and possibly overwhelm some kids and almost any adult can hop on it and have just as much fun. The bike is also extremely torquey making it pretty easy to do wheelies or other types of stunt type riding. The suspension is great for trails and does well on the road, the rear shock also has some slight adjustability. The bike handles slopes and hills very well and surprisingly turns very well at speed and I don’t feel near any loss of grip on the road even with the knobby tires. I’m around 150 pounds and I get about an average of 2 hours on the bike before it dies with a mix of lighter and heavy throttle. I’ve only had one issue with the bike and it was my throttle braking witch the seller helped with extremely quickly and sent me a replacement. So If your looking for a electric dirt bike but don’t have the money for the surrons and talaria’s this is definitely the best option and should more than satisfy the ebike itch ... show more

I am 6'3 180 pounds and the bike can easily hit 36.7 mph down hill up hill it hits 25mph stock too btw not bad only thing I would say it the seat kinda hurts but I'm a bike guy so expected. I had to use measurements to make sure the bike is big enough for me it's good for all size unless u 6'5 260pounds n up then it's gonna go slower ..pls the instructions were kinda not there didn't tell you theres plastic on the front brake handle whichake it impossible to buy the disc in the brakes or that the brake handles have to look like the photo with the big squares facing up. Good quality. Looks cool. Definitely value. And battery pretty good. Definitely gonna upgrade this thing. ... show more

The bike seems to be a nice machine. Unfortunately, the charger that came with mine did not work. So now I have a pretty expensive purchase that I cannot use. I understand things happen and wasn’t frustrated at first. What frustrated me is the terrible customer service. I sent multiple emails to file a warranty claim with no response. Finally, I got a response and they wanted me to basically do mechanic work to trouble shoot it for them. They wanted me to test it with a multimeter and send videos and etc. To me it was very simple. The light on the charger doesn’t turn on. The charger needs replaced. I ended up having to purchase a $65 charger from them and still have not been able to use it. The shipping time on the charger is not fast and I am still waiting on it to come in. When you do get a response, it takes them days to respond to your email back to them. Again the product seems great. However, if the company can’t support the product then it is worthless. ... show more

Great bike with excellent performance. But, after just 2 months of my 11 year old daughter riding around our farm, it wouldn't take a charge any more. I contacted Tullio support and did some troubleshooting. However, because they are in China and all communications were by email, this was a slow and tedious process. Still, they did correctly diagnose the problem and sent me replacement parts. (It was the charging cable). Would be a 5 star review but for the fact that we had a technical failure after just 2 months. Oh, and the chain rubs a guard element attached to the frame, and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix that. Just makes an annoying noise. NOTE: shortly after I submitted the initial request for Technical Support, I got a phone call from someone claiming he was with Tullio. He had clearly read my email documenting the problem, because he had those details. He then said I needed a new battery which would require me to make a payment of $257, which would be refunded. To make the payment he needed my PayPal information. Obviously, at that point I knew it was a scam and hung up. I confirmed it was a scam Tullio. Buyers beware!) ... show more

This could have ended up being a really bad review. I got this for my son to ride with me. Went to put it together a couple of days before Christmas and one of the bolts on the handlebar mount was installed crooked and was impossible to get out. I mean, my makita 18V hammer drill wouldn't budge the bolt. A message to the seller and I had a full replacement part with the bolts in 3 days! Got the bike assembled and my kid loves it! I'm a big guy and I was able to ride it. My older boys like it too because it is light and they can catch air easier than on my bike. Advertised to go 37 mph. We hit 36.2 so it is about right there. This is a lot of bike for the price! Battery last about 1.5 hours (ish). Good enough for a day trip. Surprisingly, it is louder than my talaria, but my talaria was over triple the price. ... show more

Great bike for the price. The build quality is also great for the price - brakes, trees, suspension, frame. Was surprised by the size too. Bought for my 12 year old. He loves it and is also modifying it cosmetically. Neighbor on the street liked it so much that he bought one for his son as well, so now they cruise together. I'm also 5'10" & 175 lbs and it moves easily with me on it. I can easily wheelie in Mode 3 also! May buy a second at some point because of price. ... show more
