Super great for my 13 y.o. he researched it himself & paid for 1/3rd of it with his own $. It's perfectly safe for a smaller 13 y.o. the balance and position is very good.. especially the extra light clinched the deal... here on Amazon.. remember to add your own chain lube after assembly... it will make it quieter... not sure how to assess the battery level... but it hasn't run out yet during use... goes 37 mph on flat land ... show more
