We had our last mattress about 11 years and I did a lot of research when it came time to replace it. I am used to a very hard mattress but my wife likes one somewhat softer. We considered the sleep number but found that the divider in the middle was just not something we wanted to deal with for several years to come. We looked at other traditional foam mattresses but could not justify paying the outrageous prices attached to some of them. Then we came across the Lull mattress and started to look into it. All of the reviews seemed to indicate that it was definitely on the firm side and people really seemed to love it. When you factor in the 100 night trial, free financing and quick low cost delivery (unless you buy through Amazon.... but that is another review) free return and 10 year warranty it is absolutely a 0 risk trial. We got it, set it up about 6 pm in the evening and slept on it that night. It definitely took 3 to 5 nights to get used to it but we both love this mattress. For the first time in years we can sleep on our backs as well as our sides and definitely sleep much better through the night. I'm 80 years old, and suffer with lower back problems. Based upon various online reviews, in 2019 I took a chance, and ordered a Lull mattress. It replaced an expensive - $3600 - memory foam one my wife and I had for 7 years, that had become uncomfortable. Now, three years later, we still couldn't be happier. The queen size Lull, at less than a third the price of the mattress it replaced, has proven more supportive, and to sleep cooler. Although it doesn't entirely eliminate any awareness of my wife's shifts in position, as did the previous mattress, they're barely noticeable. We spent a night sleeping in the guest bedroom, while waiting for the Lull to completely inflate before sleeping on it. Nevertheless, it was worth it. I started with a 4 star but changed my review to 5. I have only ever owned spring mattresses and had my last one too long. My back issues disappeared. I stopped sleeping hot. Is it weird to like the perfectly square corners? It just looks nice even with sheets and covers on it. Negatives are it’s heavy but it’s a California king so whatever. The airing out / up was a little funny but no issues and it filled out quickly. We slept on it on the floor but after some reading found it recommends it doesn’t dry very well unless you lift it off the floor on a platform/box or put it on its side when not using it. ... show more

This is literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! So comfortable that we are going to get each of our girls one when they graduate from college!! We bought the King and I am so glad we did!! Our dogs love it so much they don't even get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom! They don't even want to get up in the morning! Also, when my dog sleeps, she runs in her sleep, and my husband twitches, and I don't even notice! I am getting the BEST sleep I have ever gotten!! I had a very comfortable mattress (other brand) before Lull, and honestly I didn’t want to give it up. However, we needed to upgrade to a larger size. Lull mattress did not disappoint. Well I am going to start off by saying this mattress just wasn’t for us. I was able to sleep on it but woke up with neck pain. My significant other though was not able to sleep at all on it. She complained of it being too hot. So we sent it back after 4-5 weeks of receiving it. We tried to make it work for us but we just couldn’t. I still give this a 4 star review; why? Because overall the experience was good and I don’t think it’s fair to blame the company for US not finding it comfortable. After all mattresses are not a one size fits all type of thing! We ordered the matress through amazon, it came, we unboxed it, allowed it a few hours to decompress. It fully decompressed all the way, was clean, no odor and really felt comfortable to initially lay on. Once we had made the decision to return it, we contacted Lull and they scheduled the pick up. Once the mattress was picked up and Lull verified it was picked up, we had our full refund within a day or two. Overall as easy as the process was of getting and even returning it with a full refund; I would recommend it to someone who might think it would work for them. ... show more
