I have this 5 stars because it's very strong. BUT the handrails are low, I wish they went higher. But you grab the top rail and are safe, and then as you get back on the first stair grab the rails. The 3 step ones start the handrails on the 2nd stair, which is what I thought this looked like when buying it. Once I opened it, the hand rails are really low, and don't help as you get on the 2nd stair. Only the top rail helps. I still like it and it's very sturdy. Worth the money. ... show more

I purchased this ladder in April. We were in the middle of a serious project and it broke. It’s extremely safe, value for the money, only assembly easy is putting the cloth tool holder on it. The ladder is as described and feels sturdy. Package arrived 4 days late. On the day it was supposed to arrive, UPS still only had that a label was created. When I canceled my order. Only then was the item shipped. Second, you have to attach the handle. The image above shows that one of the handles is too long, and the holes won't line up for me to screw it in. The other side is fine, but without 2 screws, the handle is wobbly. In the end, the collapsible side handles is with the inconvenience and wobbly top handle. ... show more
