From the Manufacturer Louisville Ladder eight foot medium duty fiberglass stepladder, with a 250 pound work capacity. Now features Louisville exclusive “Pro Top” designed with innovative features to improve the user’s performance when working electrical, and residential jobs. Pro top includes a magnet tray, hardware tray, curved ergonomic front, drill and tool slots, paint bucket holder, and a pipe or 2x4 holder to increase productivity and extreme durability. Also has pinch resistant spreader braces, slip resistant rubber feet, and double-rivet step construction, secured with six large headed, semi-tubular steel rivets for maximum strength. 30-Percent greater shear strength than solid aluminum rivets, to increase user safety.

I bought this ladder to replace the one in the house. It was made of wood and was falling apart. Finally, after a screw came out, I decided to get a new one. What I like about this ladder is that it's the same height as the previous one. It's eight feet tall, but it's so much easier to carry. It's not as light as feather, but, it way lighter than any ladder I've previously purchased from Amazon. It's strong and it's quite stable. When you set it up, it'll stay there; no slipping and sliding. This is a very well made product. If you're looking for an eight-foot ladder, you might want to consider buying this one!     • Great light weight ladder
This is a really handy light weight ladder that has proven to be useful in the yard and the garage. The first one I order was damaged in shipment, but the company took care of it without any problems and I've been very pleased with the second one they shipped me. I'd buy another one.

    • Well worth the money!
I have 10' ceilings and needed a way to get up safely to change light bulbs. This is a well made ladder, very stable and made me feel safe on it right away. It will be very useful to maintain the outside of my house also.

This was a good investment. Only complaint was that I had to buy the shelf separate, and despite it being made by the same company for the specified model, I still had to drill a new hole for the pieces to actually line up and go together. Arrived clean, no marks, light weight, easy to transport. I was amazed at how stable it is especially since my ground is not perfectly flat in some locations. I feel completely safe on this ladder. More so than my steel 4’ ladder. Love this ladder.

    • Great for higher ceilings, and light!
I recently bought a condo with ten-foot ceilings, and of course, trying to change any light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures can't be done with a footstool! I could have purchased a six foot ladder, but I didn't want to have to reach - especially with recessed flood light fixtures, which are a lot easier to work on when you aren't extending your arms as much. This ladder fits the bill. It's eight feet high, and very, very light. My only frustration is because it is so large, it isn't easy to get through doors or tight spaces. There's a few nicks on my wall from where I wasn't paying attention to where I was carrying it. But, it has already repaid for itself when I had to reach the smoke detector and turn it off when the crud in my oven started smoking a few days ago! It will certainly come in handy when I decide to install a chandelier. ... show more
