This is by far the largest and prettiest crate of its kind we were able to find - nothing else comes close in this price range. It arrived 2-3 days earlier than stated. It comes nearly completed - you just have to unfold it and put in 12 screw attachments and 2 roof pieces- constructed in 15-20 minutes. It can be a one-person job, but it helps to have another person hold things steady while the other is attaching the screws. The wheels are quite sturdy and good quality, however the pan is flimsier plastic - but it slides under the floor and has no contact with the dog. The construction is decent in that it is far better than the wire crates, but a determined and super strong dog might be able to bust out. I do not like the latches (too easily bent)- I am going to use sturdy padlocks for all 3 openings (roof, main door, food door). I like the floor for this crate - others are more like wire. This floor seems to lend to a more comfortable stay for the dog. The looks of the crate beat all of the others- beautiful. Some of the coating was scratched off from the way it was packed - it was packed pretty well, overall. The welds could be smoother. I am pretty pleased, but time will tell how it will hold up. Bought this to replace a large wire kennel that my German Shepherd decided to destroy when he wanted to get out one day. This one appeared to be very strong and escape proof with more room due to the A-frame top. He loves it and hasn't tried to get out. If he has, we can't even tell because it's very heavy with a nice coating. We've used it several months now and it still looks and operates like new. The latches are strong and easy to use but impossible for even an escape artist to unlatch. I definitely itely recommend and would purchase again, even though I doubt I'll have to. ... show more

Ok So I'm to back-to order a 2nd Luck Up heavy duty dog crate being the one i purchased 2 years ago for my Wolf dog is still being occupied by him. Then i realized i never posted a review . I immediately thought this crate has definitely earned its moneys worth for good review. So I'd like to start by saying I had previously purchased many different types of crates over the years for several of my huge dogs and they would either break, bend ,crack and rust and i would end up having to trash all of them but this crate.... there has never and I truly mean never been a dog crate as solid & long lasting as this one!! This crate is in the same new condition just as it was 2 years ago when I first purchased it and remember i have a wolf hybrid...There's no dents nor bending in the steel bars anywhere ,not even the floor. This thing is solid /strong!!! Best dog crate I've ever purchased. The company that made this crate is deserving of an excellent review. This was well worth the money but it has to be made by "Luck Up". I don't have alot of time to leave reviews but I had to for this purchase. One of the best purchases I've ever made!! I waited until I had the crate for a while before writing review. I will start by saying the delivery was terrible. Instead of the crate I was sent an exercise bike ?? Not sure if someone was trying to tell me something or not. My initial shipment took only 3 days - the complete wrong item sent of course. I immediately contacted Amazon who ordered a replacement, which then took another week and a half. Set up was pretty easy, directions pretty useless but not difficult to figure out yourself. Make sure it is already in the room where you want it when you do assemble it, or you will do doing it twice. Crate/ cage is sturdy, locks are not the greatest as stated in other reviews. In fact the second lock on the door constantly sticks and I always have to coax it gently to lock or unlock it. Also included were 4 carabiners, not sure why 4 when there are 5 locks ? But they are not the best quality to start with. I will probably end up ordering more durable ones. I have a 6 month old lab mix who can be destructive but thankfully does not weigh very much so the weak locks are working for right now. The bottom is not the greatest for their paws, but my pup is making the best of it. He shreds any sort of blanket, sheet or bed I put in with him. The trays under do work well for catching food - or shredded blanket pieces in my case. Easy enuf to pull out each tray and clean and put back in. Overall not a bad crate, but for money spent the locks could be stronger and stronger carabiners - and one for each lock - should have been included. ... show more

Incredible super strong, extremely good quality I have never spent this much on a crate before but I’m so glad, I did it is so worth the money it’s the perfect size for my Cane Corso he loves it plenty of room to move around he loves it it’s like he has his own room thank you so so much I am very happy and above all totally impressed with the quality and craftsmanship in your product I’m sure it’ll last for years to come if ever need another one I definitely know where I’m getting it thank you so much ... show more

I have a large german shepherd that tears out of everything- except this kennel! Its so nice to know I can leave my dog in it and expect my room to be safe when I return. It safely protects my dog from her own behaviors. I waited to write review as I expected her to destroy this one too. I purchased pointed roof hoping to give her more room.
