I've had this case in red for over 5 years. It has worked perfectly and held up well. I've just bought the same style case in purple for the 9th gen. iPad. I'm very happy. It was a bit tighter fit, so putting the ipad in was a bit more challenging. I should mention that the purple color shown is very bright -- what I got was more subdued. I actually like it better. The handle is handy for carrying and can be used as a stand if needed. Note to other users: The black plastic inside the frame is simply for shipping. REMOVE IT FIRST. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My husband left the ipad on top of car and we drove on highway on the way to Our walmart and we went back around and found the ipad on the side of road, the ipad was still in goo condition, case came off alittle bit but the case was still good and so was the ipad. I was skeptical at first since it is made of hard foam, but it’s actually a decent case. Had it for 2 months and so far so good. Just wish it would stay propped up better, when my daughter watches her videos it constantly wants to fall face first on the screen on a flat surface.
