I’m in my 40’s and still very active so I’m always looking for a way to get some relief I decided to order this foot sauna as I liked that I didn’t have to add any water or lug around a heavy bucket. This is really a fantastic gift! We use it at our sports recovery facility to treat injured athletes. First they sit in an ionic footbath and then move on to this foot sauna for additional benefits…it can relieve various muscle pains, relieve fatigue, and it further helps with perspiration and discharges toxins from the body, after the ionic footpath. I got this for my mother in-law because she had foot surgy a few years ago and her feet get so swollen/sore all the time since then to the point where she can't even walk. This foot sauna has really done a great just of soothing, getting rid of the pain and bringing down the swelling. It's the best thing for her to be able to just sit put her feet in it and relax. Its very easy for her to use, with just a few buttons and she doesn't have to hide it when it's not in use because it's very clean looking with the redwood, it looks like just another piece of furniture. I always suffer feom my feet.. They always feel sore and pressured.. I was so amazed when I first tried this. It gets hot gradually.. you won't feel the difference until you get on bed right after this.. You will feel some pressure off of your feet. I have used twice so far and nothing to complaing about.     • I Am No Longer A Skeptic! Nice!!!
When I requested this foot sauna, I jokingly told my husband, "I guess this is like a Star Trek sonic shower. Not a real thing!" But I was wrong. This foot sauna is a very real thing and it works. I have been using the sauna for three full weeks and I am permanently hooked. Not only has it been great for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, but it has also worked wonders on my muscle issues. I suffer from a neuromuscular disease that causes extreme muscle weakness. This sauna has given me great relief and is particularly helpful after I complete my at-home physical therapy routine. I mostly use the sauna in a sitting position. I find that is the most comfortable for me. I found it easy to operate. The controls can be easily accessed while using the sauna, so temperature adjustments can be made without discomfort. The unit is easy to maintain. I wipe the entire unit down after each use with a microfiber cloth. I handwash the thermal cover and I allow it to air dry. I also use a microfiber cloth to clean the pedal. I wring the cloth tightly to remove practically all the water. After everything is dry (not including the leg cuffs) I cover the unit with the plastic bag it was shipped in. I store mine in my closet. This is not a small unit so please pay attention to the measurements before ordering. I am very pleased with my foot sauna! It is sturdy! The hemlock is of good quality and the unit is attractive. I think it is fairly priced! I am no longer a skeptic! ... show more

This is an interesting product for those that want to have the benefit of a hot foot bath without the water. Slide your feet in and start the machine. You can dial in how long you want to use it for and there is no always on function for safety. The default is 60 minutes at 60 degrees, and you can go up from there. For my skin type... I can't make the full 60 minutes as around the 30 to 45 minute mark, my legs and feet become dry and itchy. So it works well, but for me, too well. ... show more

So this is interesting. I got this for my husband because he stays cold. His feet are always cold and I just wanted to get him something that he could use to help. I can't give specifics because it's still over 90 degrees here. I'm going to wait to tell about the heat. I can say it is pretty big. It does have a lot of wood and there wasn't really any assembly required. I just pulled it out the box. When he uses it I'll give an update. ... show more

This LTCCDSS Infrared Therapy Foot Sauna Bucket, Muscle Pain Relief, Portable Foot Sauna Spa was exactly what it was and that was a portable sauna spot for your feet. It was really nice, especially with the red light therapy. The calf knee and feet are something that we need to pay more attention to and this stood out to me as something that needs to be put into perspective, especially for the holidays coming. I know my mother and I would benefit greatly from having one of these in our home to use. Not to mention the therapy that comes along with the red lighting was something that I wanted her to experience more and keep her longevity going.
