    • Nice brush but some issues with assembly

The brush is nice, but there are some little issues with assembly. First, it’s challenging to get the binding posts and screws into the brush between the bristles. The screws and binding posts are not magnetic, so you can’t even use a magnetic screwdriver. Then you find out that the binding posts are too long and the screw bottoms out on the end of the post before it tightens against the wood. So I had to grind about 1/8” off the end of the binding posts. Finally, the binding posts don’t have a slot or ribs to hold it still, so when you try to tighten the screw, it just spins. I ended up glueing the binding post in, adding some Loctite to the threads, and hopefully that will hold. I wish they just put it together before packaging it. There’s no reason we should have to build this, and even more so, no reason it should take 30 minutes to modify parts and assemble. ... show more

    • Screws don’t fit

Why they didn’t just screw it together prior to sending to ensure the screws actually fit into the brush makes no sense. Only one screw fit and tightened, the second one does not fit at all and just spins when trying to tighten. Also it messes up the bristles trying to get the screws into the brush and is not easy to work with. Not happy with this brush at all. ... show more

Once this brush is assembled it works fine. There are other posts that go into assembly issues. Assembly was a nightmare with to short of scrapper screws & having the porcupine bristles piercing your fingers with odd placement.
