It may be slightly narrower than other brushes I've used, but I still spend less time and effort cleaning my grill now. This may be because the bristles are notably softer (which may be by design to prevent them from becoming brittle and thus breaking off). I have a stainless steel bowl filled with water, I get the brush wet and am able to clean the grates with ease.
