This works as well or better than similar products costing twice as much. I think that those who return it or give it a low rating are not using it properly. It is not supposed to be rubbed into the skin, like a moisturizer. You put a very small amount (NOT the size of a pea - maybe half that much) on your finger and just lightly rub it across the area you want smoothed of wrinkles. Don't rub it in. Let the thin layer dry. It takes about five minutes to fully dry. I use it on my lower eyes for puffiness and it works very well, lasting until I wash my face before bed. I never have to reapply. See for yourself. I'm 54 years old. Since many reviewers started that applying too much could turn white and flaky, I applied a very small drop under each eye & it did help a little bit. Then I applied another drop under each eye & the results were much better. My skin feels taut, but dry. You get a large enough size tube for the price. Definitely worth the money.     • Definitely tightens and reduces undereye bags & puffiness

Pros: very similar dupe to the other viral eye cream in that it works instantly (within a few minutes of applications) to eliminate under eye bags and puffiness - at half the price! You know it works because your skin feels tight. It is also long lasting, I apply it once in the morning and 8-9 hours later it still holds up very well - albeit, a bit more diminished. Cons: the material is very sticky and can become clumpy, making it hard to work with skincare and makeup. The bottle says to apply skincare and makeup after applying the eye cream but this did NOT work for me. Makeup did not go on smoothly and it made the cream more clumpy. I've tried a few different methods and what I found worked best for me is to apply your skin care and makeup/concealer, let it dry a couple of minutes and then apply the cream. Pat it in lightly and be patient. The effects of the cream will tighten your skin after a few minutes. If you rub it in too hard, it'll remove your other makeup! ... show more

This eye cream does a pretty good job of making my under eye bags disappear. I use it before I go to work for my night 12-hour shifts and it works the whole shift. It only takes about 2-3 minutes to take full effect if that, and I only use a tiny amount for under each eye. It comes out white, but spreads on invisible and absorbs right away. I do want to mention, that once you use it, it is hard to put any kind of makeup on where it is at. First you must understand that products like these are only temporary. There is no point in using unless you desire that tinghtening effect. I have used this 3 times and so far it works exactly as the gen u cel immediate effect 2. I bought that in a package for 110 so each product was 20ish each. I loved it so purchased just the IE2 on another site for $22. I couldn't find it for that price again so began searching for something much cheaper than the 90 tag on the product site. This stuff is pretty much identical! It makes my bags disappear! I also use it on my deep laugh lines and it does shrink them but they do no go away like the bags. It does make the neck line smooth as well. For the price, I love it. I use just a dab or smaller under each eye. I use more on my laugh lines and it also works excellent for the turkey neck too! I use Laura gellar powder makeup and it has no effect on the LPH LAB eye cream. I do believe liquid make up would probably take away the effect of it so there's that. Liquid also effect the gen u cel too so I'm thinking none of this type stuff will work with liquid foundation, JMO. LPH LAB leaves NO white residue. It does have a smell to it. I have major migraines caused by perfume smell and this does not give me a migraine, it's just not the best of smell to me but it works and the smell dissipates quickly. I will always keep a stock of this stuff! You cannot beat the price for the results you get!!! On the pic the arrow shows no bag on the side I used the cream. The X you can clearly see my bag. I have ordered and used two tubes of this but I order the third tube and it's totally different. The consistency is different and it does not do anything to reduce under eye swelling. I return it in case that one was just a bad tube but it isn't. The replacement is just the same.

I purchased this product in the past and it worked great on my wrinkles. I ordered it again now and seems the product is not working as well as the previous time. It just feels like a regular moisturizer with no tightening effect.
