Had entire frame assembly done. Only had to put panels in. Got hit by a rain storm with 10 mph wind. The frame is of such poor construction it did not hold up. Never mind a whole day waisted on this poor design and worthless build.

INVEST IN 🧲 Magnetic fingers or gloves; have a good pair of needle nose pliers, a small hand drill with correct sized ratchets (tools are not included) and masking tape. It was delivered timely by UPS, directly in front of my door and despite saying you need a team to carry it, I am a 65 yr old lady and did it easily. This comes in 2 boxes, with a zillion nuts and bolts that slide into the aluminum channels and took 2 of us 2 six hour days to assemble before we got rained out. For this to go smoothly and avoid endless reassembly, read the manual carefully. The pictures only instruction manual is on the bottom side of the flatter smaller box with the panels. Start with it and the white box before taking other items out of the box. Screw nuts to bolts through the holes of the black metal braces in this box to save time and worries of having enough screws later. Layout and count all your pieces. Match the pieces to each page in the instruction manual. NOTE TWO VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS: 1) items in circles on certain pages show how many screws will be needed to slide down the channels. Do this first with nuts attached and secure ends with masking tape. For many reasons, it is easier to take a nut off but some items can slide between them without removing it. (Remember the nut head always goes inside of channel with bolt out), 2) Take off only white paper from clear panels and place it facing to the outside of greenhouse (this is important for UV rays to enter properly) the clear side of the panel has a label with the part number and should face the inside of the greenhouse. Take it off after the panel is in the channel as there is no way to tell it was done correctly if the paper is removed. If needed, use masking tape to bind sides on panel, if they don’t slide easily into channel or were bent in shipping. First of all, assemble on a perfectly level area. It is easier to move this 35 pound assembled piece (by walking inside it) than it not being plumb straight and level and not matching in the corners. (You may have to grind down a support piece #22 due to screws not fitting back to back.) There was also considerable dropping all of the pieces and trying to hold up them together while tightening a nut and fighting gravity. We used masking tape to keep bolts from sliding away from us and semi placing them where needed prior to installation. Some issues need to be resolved in design, especially using little nuts and bolts in the corners (I have slight fingers and it was impossible for my assistant to get the bolts on without dropping them.) It was literally one twist too little, it wouldn’t fit and one twist too much and you drop the nut. Again, magnetic gloves would have saved us SO much time!
