I purchased this couch after being cautiously optimistic, and after reading several previous reviews. I received my new couch in 3 boxes… shipped separately so it took some days to get all 3 boxes. The set up was easy, my husband and I had it put together within about 20-30 minutes. I will say that the pull out part slides in and out easily and the couch fits so well in my small living room. The only criticism I have right now is that the cushions you sit on are pretty firm, but I have faith it’ll break in nice. So far me and my family are enjoying it. No real complaints. ... show more

The couch looks good. But it is very very hard. Not comfortable at all. It came with a small hole. I didn’t want to have to ship it all back and wait two weeks for another couch so I kept it. Not recommended for daily use. Mainly looks.

At first i was hesitant because buying a couch without seeing it first scared me, but i’m so glad I did! Not only did it come before the date given, but it was fairly easy to put together. It’s not too soft but not too firm, so comfortable when lying down on the pull out. Great for the price!

The couch was good for awhile (I’ve had it a couple of months, wanted to wait to write a review to see how it holds up) however, the center section has snapped in half. It’s the main section of the couch so basically we have the Chaise to sit on now and that’s it.

The media could not be loaded. After living with this couch a few months I can give an honest review of the purchase. I wanted a pull out sectional to relax on, watch movies for movie nights with the kids, and make a statement in my living room and this couch did it all. It is on the more stiff side, and is longer lasting because of that. It is long enough to lay flat on comfortably, I am 5' 7. I love the ease of the pull out section, it makes guests comfortable and amazed it even pulled out, when it folds down it is a nice L shaped couch. it’s stiff and not comfy at all. the seats are shallow and the back cushions are smaller than expected. i ordered a couch on amazon because the ease of it being delivered to my front door. but now that i’m returning it i need to figure out how to bring these 2 big boxes to the ups store. don’t be like me and save yourself some time and money by just checking out a couch in person ... show more
