KUDOS!!! Ginger, our elderly female cat, has to have all her teeth pulled in 5 days (poor teeth = an inherited trait from her mother). Since her 1/2 brother sometimes harasses her, we bought this pop-up unit to protect her from brotherly attacks, especially when recuperating from the teeth removal. As the video shows, this unit is VERY large & spacious. This is the first time that Ginger was inside of it. She definitely took VERY well to being within it! KUDOS!!! That said ... when she jumped on top of it - it collapsed. So making sure that her brother does NOT jump on top of it while she is recuperating is important. But that could be a simple fix using, for example, a cardboard box. (Yes, she is a female Ginger cat...most are male.) KUDOS!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If this unit had a zipper opening on either both ends or on the top I would give it 5 stars. It would be easier to clean if it did due to the large size. I was able to use this for my kitten and he has three areas - bed, litterbox and play area. Wonderful large unit. It is sturdy enough to handle the kitten crawling up the netting with no issue holding his weight. Cleaning was my only challenge since it is so deep - since it does not have but one access point. ... show more

Good value for the money. Would make a great travel kennel for a small animal. I use it to hide my cats litter boxes from their new puppy brothers. Seems effective. Love that I can close it so only the cats can access. They seem to like the added privacy. Tall enough for them to do their business and walk around the box. I was nervous to buy this one because it was so affordable, but it’s perfect for what I need it for! My dog has car anxiety and usually tries to ride in my lap in front of my face while I’m driving, which isn’t safe for either of us. Most of the ones similar to this are $50+ and weren’t going to come in time for when I had to drive with my dog next, so I ordered this one and it’s perfect for me! He hasn’t tried to escape much, so I’m not sure if it’d hold up against a dog who chews/scratches at it, but it keeps him contained and safe. I had to slam on my brakes because a deer ran out, and he was nice and comfy and didn’t fly around as he would have if he didn’t have it! (I had both seat belts buckled in around the panels in the back like a car seat). It’s a tent like material, it reminds me of those toddler tent ball pits. As for size, he’s an 18 pound Italian greyhound and it’s extra roomy for him. It takes up most of the back seat of my ford edge. I don’t know how long it’ll last, but I love it and I’m very happy with my purchase! ... show more

Our dog has an injured ligament on her back leg and I wanted something that would help confine her but was soft so I could put it on the floor near me but pick it up and move it around so it was near me. I can even put this on my bed. I just laid a towel on the bottom and put it on a soft surface like carpet. It popped right open but I can also fold it flat. I prob would not leave her in this when we leave the house. The zipper closure is very flimsy and I'm sure if she wanted to she could chew her way out. In her case she needs to be confined in something I know she can't escape from when we are not home. I especially liked this because of the large size. I wanted her to be able to stretch out flat and have plenty of extra room. She is a 17lb westie but I think this would work for larger dogs as well. When I put it down I put her towel in it and a couple toys and she climbed right in. She really seems to like it and so do I. ... show more

This was ok but not great. It ripped easily from my dogs claws. It’s pretty flimsy and like thin tent material. I got it as an easy substitute for her regular crate that I could move around the house while I’m working at home and just have a quick place to put her when I can’t supervise her. She’s just a puppy still and not completely house trained yet. She isn’t always happy to be crated, and this easily flips over when she protests, or rolls around or lays up against the side of it. She ends up rolling around the house in it. It came with stakes to hold it down but I can’t exactly use them in the house. So I don’t end up using it often. It was easy to set up and it’s a good size. But I don’t find myself using it much because it’s so flimsy. I feel like she’s going to hurt herself rolling around in it. It looked like a good idea, but in reality it doesn’t work very well. I need something a bit more substantial. ... show more

It’s bigger than I thought. My dog is 9.5lbs, 20in. long, and 14in tall. One of his little beds fit in there and there’s more room left. He immediately went in there and got cozy. I do wish it had more than 1 opening, and additional side opening would be optimal. Also wish it came with a soft bottom attachment, you have to get something soft or squeeze a bed in there for comfort. We’ve only used it today— I plan on taking it with me when visiting my moms house for Thanksgiving weekend. I hope it lasts as the material does seem thin.
