I can use them for a good hour. I think they are comfortable even if they are actually putting pressure on the designated areas. Overall they do what they are supposed to ACUPRESSURE! Appearance, not for outdoor use , and they are lightweight.

THE BOTTOM PART IS VERY HARD(LIKE ROCKS), I SUPPOSE IF YOU RELAX AND SIT AWHILE IN THEM YOULL GET USE TO THEM. I finally put them on today and already the points are coming out of the shoe. I expected some over time because they put extras in the box, but not this soon. I put them about for a few minutes then have to put a point back in, mainly the left foot. I'm returning and going with a different brand.

Initially the pain seemed impossible! What in the heck did I get myself into! I gave myself a month to see for myself if these would help. So, I gradually started out wearing them for ten seconds, then twenty and so on. Now I have graduated to wearing them 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes bed bed. I noticed: 1. I feel more relaxed 2. A hard lump under my foot has shrunken down a LOT 3. I feel a bit better overall 4. I've gotten this item delivered July 6th abs only used it a few hours and the velcro is already breaking loose. I'm not going to return it because I've already used it but I'm going to have to look for something better. I'm bet dissatisfied and disappointed
