I bought an old 36 volt Yamaha G8 golf cart that needed batteries. I bought the Lossigy 36 volt 100AH battery and installed it 2 days ago, so I can't speak to how the battery will perform over time. So far I am very happy with the purchase. My top speed on flat ground is 15 MPH. I drove the cart 8 miles which dropped the battery down to 82%. I figure I should be able to drive around 32 miles and still be above 20% capacity. This battery was cheaper than replacing the (6) 6 volt Trojan batteries that it came with and I look forward to not having to perform battery msintenance. Original review- It has been 6 months since purchase and 5 months since installation in Golf cart. Worked great up until yesterday when the battery abruptly stopped working, zero volts and will not take a charge. There was no indication of any issue prior to the loss of power. I have reached out to customer service and pending a response! Updated review- The battery is back to full power thanks mostly to YouTube videos with similar issues. The 48volt Battery required a jump/flash to reset the BMS system. The blue tooth battery status with pages of data just as described in manual. The service department did respond within the stated time frame with reassurance they would replace or refund if needed. The entire issue was operator error I let the charge level go to low! The battery performs fully until the BMS shuts it down for protection. I believe the owner's manual could use clarity, updated troubleshooting pages and possibly links to Videos to resolve. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have used this battery for car audio demos, golf carting, and has been an absolute savior on the lake! I upgraded from optima red top batteries and will be purchasing more of these in the future. Being able to jam tunes on the lake all day combined with the peace of mind of being able to check battery level wirelessly is by far my favorite feature. Truly innovative, and in my eyes makes this battery a no brainer compared to name brands. I have used this battery for almost 2 weeks and it has only lost 8% of charge. The batteries were shipped much faster than the schedule predicted. I bought four. They were installed in our 41' 5th wheel in parallel to achieve a 400AH reserve capacity. They replaced two L16 6V 420AH lead acid batteries that were about four years old and were starting to demonstrate a reduced reserve capacity. The LG16s weight about 135lbs EACH! I cut about 125lbs in weight by going to the LiPo technology. Capacity test is still underway but I now 12 hours into running the coach on the battery pack. Now that the sun is back up I am charging the batteries at about 20 amps from my solar panels and the Blue Tooth app on the batteries is indicating about 50% reserve remaining with each of the four batteries getting about 5amps respectively. What I really like about the technology is the discharge curve. At 50% they are maintaining a solid 12.5 - 13.0 volts. Lead acid would be at or below 12V by now on their way down to 10V or less. There is no dimming of the lights or low voltage warnings when I increase the load by turning on my microwave or a heavy 12 volt draw like the furnace cycling on. The Blue Tooth App has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be more of gimmick but the app allows you to view each individual cell (four in total) on each individual battery. The geek in me loves having the ability to view the voltage of each cell down to three decimal places. This will come in very handy going forward if I develop a problem with a battery allowing me to determine which and/or how many cells are dysfunctional. I bought the self-heated batteries as we often use our RV in the winter (-20 or lower) and I wanted to have a self-regulating battery charging system. Now I don't have to worry about designing a method of monitoring temperatures and cycling battery heat when required. With our PV panels constantly in the circuit, my having to build a 12V heating system for the batteries to warm them up before they saw the solar panel current would have been a huge pain. Additionally, externally heating the batteries would be far less efficient compared to the Lossigy's method of heating them internally at the cell level. The cost for self regulation/protection was well worth it to achieve that benefit and the related piece of mind. Now if something happens related to low temperatures it is Lossigy's problem not mine. All in all I am very pleased with the batteries and in particular the Blue Tooth App. The only remaining review parameter is their longevity. That will be a four or five year journey. ... show more

Has handles and came with good quality fasteners and cables. Excellent quality, I bought two of the 300 amp/hour batteries for an off the grid solar system to power my wood working shop. I had to reconnect the old charging port on my 2014 txt ezgo ,apperantly it is wired into the drive system,but after that correction my golft cart now runs like new. you will need a charger for lithium batteries and becouse this bettery takes up half the space of the lead acid you have plenty of room to mount it on board ... show more
