It's also wonderful with cake batter flavor - think strawberry shortcake. SSAppropriate for use in chocolates and coatings. If you experience some thickening, add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is 14 to 12 teaspoon per pound).

Lots of strawberries this year, but not much flavor. The grandchildren love Grandma's strawberry jam and jelly -- what's a good cook to do? Yes, Grandma and I "augment" the flavors of our fruit preserves as needed; growing seasons vary year to year. A half teaspoon of this flavor oil per batch turned blah into begging for more.     • Strong, natural aroma
I used this with real strawberries in hard cider, and it works great. No artificial aroma or flavors but you need to use a little and work up your recipe, as too much will taste artifical. This also seems stable in baking, so works great.

    • Great to add to sparkling water
Lorann strawberry is my favorite flavor to add to sparkling water. I use sodastream to make my own sparkling water. This has a really good strawberry flavor. I just wish it was clear and wish they didn’t add the food coloring to it.
