Not great for someone who struggles to understand words without earplugs but wonderful for over stimulation. Im and adult but the kids size doesn't hurt my ears for short term (30mins) and longer term (3hrs) use.

And they’re still too big for me… also don’t get these if you want to still be able to hear. At least this design doesn’t allow any sound through.
