If I can give this item a million stars I would. I spent forever researching between this one and the magic one everyone talks about but this one was the clear winner when it came to protecting my case entirely. I wanted something to be both a case and a keyboard that I could interchange without the headache of popping things on and off. This case actually protects all the sides which is a huge win for me because I am not trusting myself not to drop this and then spending enough money on the iPad itself without protection? Well shame on me. Is it a little thick? Yes. Is it comfortable to carry? Yes. If you are looking for something lightweight and feather thin this isn’t for you. If you don’t mind a little extra cushion for the ease of basically turning your iPad into a laptop this is the ticket! The keyboard is perfection everything tracks perfectly and the ease of the trackpad is *chefs kiss*. You can detach the keyboard and just have your iPad and then just as easily snap it right back on. You can turn it and snap it so it will be the back of your iPad and you aren’t touching keys while in “iPad mode” if that makes sense?! This works great. I wanted the Apple keyboard for my iPad Pro for a long time but could not justify the cost. This is a cost effective alternative and it works perfectly with my iPad Pro. I’ve have used Logitech for years for my work keyboards and this iPad keyboard does not disappoint

This Logitech was the perfect answer for my workload problem when transitioning my iPad Pro to my main “computer” setup. For a few sacrifices on features the Apple Magic Keyboard gives (built-in usb-c charging port and smaller footprint with easier lounging use) this thing rocks for using on table surfaces. Not terrible when on lap lounging on couch, but a bit awkward. Keyboard is great, easy to type on, love the function row. Material feels premium and I love the heathered gray color. The Logitech Combo Touch iPad Keyboard Case fits snugly and works as intended. The covering material is sort of cheap, but the overall functionality of the unit is exactly what I expected. Well worth the money and far less expensive than a similar item offered by the iPad manufacturer.

I really wanted to love this keyboard/case. The big plusses included the row of function keys, very nice keyboard feel and solid trackpad. However, overall durability after only a few weeks is a concern, demonstrated by two primary issues. 1) The fabric around the hinge has begun to pucker after only several bends. Conceptually, the design is a great idea, but Logi need to rethink the material used for this case. I would think a more traditional rubberized material would be better suited for this design. 2) The lid no longer sits flush across the width of the iPad, causing it to rock when laid on flat surfaces. In my picture, you can the the lid is securely attached at the corners, but bows up in the middle. This makes it impractical for digital drawing. I have returned this in exchange for the original Apple Magic Keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9". Fortunately, they are available refurbished in excellent condition for about 1/2 the original price. My only regret is that the Apple keyboard does not include function keys (why??????), which drove me to Logitech in the first place. But, the I'm confident the Apple product will outlast the Logitech. ... show more
