I'm 5'4, 175lbs, I bought the XL but I think I could have gotten away with the large. I like a little more support than what I'm getting with the XL and I'm easily able to connect the 3rd row if hooks. I like that it has adjustable straps that provide some pullback on the shoulders, I have a habit of hunching so this helps. The bodice is a little bit long on me, unfortunately they don't make these in petite. Overall it's pretty good, it cinches and smoothes and is much more breathable than neoprene and less visible under clothing. I might order a large and see how that fits in comparison. ... show more
