So, this garment is well made and has a great stretch but is still tight enough to hold everything in. I'm not a fan of the two velcro straps attached to the garment, so I cut them off. Highly effective at cinching the waist to create a beautiful shape. I wore it under a thin, crepe-fabric dress and was not noticeable. It was very stretchy and comfortable initially. However, I have to take couple stars off for skin irritation. Upon taking it off after an evening of wearing it, I noticed that in the areas that touched my skin I had some sort of irritation and it was very itchy. Not sure if it was the fabric or elastic itself, or some sort of chemical used to treat it. Maybe try to wash it before use to see if that solves the issue. ... show more

This waist trainer is sturdy and comfortable. It’s breathable and lightweight, unlike the traditional versions. Because of the material of these, it’s best to make sure you have a barrier against your skin like a thin tank top and then place the trainer on top of that to prevent any irritation. I haven’t tried working out in it but I’m using it to train my waist while I’m on my weight loss journey. Such a comfortable waist trainer... great for everyday use. It's not outrageously tight and uncomfortable, yet it does the job. To me it it reminds me of the skims one! If they made the hook and eye matte black , it would be cute and easy to wear all day long.

So far very good I got it for lipo 360. Hasn’t rolled up and is just the perfect compression. I did order medium at first but that didn’t fit well. So I recommend you get your actual size .BUT I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Really snatches you in but isn’t painful to wear.

I love these so much. I wear them to work everyday and sometimes I keep them on for my full 16hrs shift. They are really comfortable. I found out that it alter my shape in a good way. It makes my butt look really really nice. I get a lot of compliment of how good my shape looks and I think it is because I wear it so much.
