The first thing I have to say is that shipping was extremely fast which was amazing. I got my product within 2 days of purchasing (this was with free shipping) For the negative reviews saying that it bunches up or stretches out, not to call you stupid but you just didn't get the right size. ANY waist trainer you get that is either too small or too big will bunch up. And ANY waist trainer you get that's too small for your body will stretch out because your body is simply too big for the fabric and stretches it out. Anyone debating buying this but hesitating over those negative reviews honestly just ignore them, those people obviously don't know how a waist trainer works. Sizing: My waist trainer came exactly the size I purchased it so I can't speak towards it being a size too big/size too small which some people left reviews saying. Reasons I rated support 4/5 stars: The support for the waist section overall is good. I wish that the fabric was thicker so that there was more support, but also the thinness is also a good thing because its thin enough to wear under clothing without it being obvious you are wearing a waist trainer. My main dislike with the support is the back support. It really does not help enough with back pain as much as I wish it would. I talk about this more below in the pain relief section. Reasons I rated comfort 5/5 stars: This waist trainer is extremely comfortable compared to the other waist trainer I have been using for awhile. It's comfortable enough that I would definitely be able to wear it for long periods throughout the day, probably even sleeping. Reasons I rated pain relief 3/5 stars: One of the main reasons that I chose this waist trainer vs other brands was because the one that I bought (version with the shoulder straps) was marketed as having metal boning along the back which corrects posture and relives back pain. Not sure if mine is defective because I did see some other reviews that said it helped them a lot, but mine does not help with my posture at all and does little to help my back pain. Overall, I would recommend this waist trainer if you are looking for a medium support, good compression, waist trainer that you are able to wear under your clothing. Although, if you are looking for a more supportive/thicker waist trainer I would not recommend this one for you. ... show more

This item is a very good value for all the work that went into it at such a low price. However, it's REALLY BIG! The size the seller recommended by using their chart was 2x larger than what I normally wear. After reading the reviewer comments about it running large, I split the difference and went one size up instead of two. Nope, I should have just ordered my normal size. Due to affordability, general comfort, I think it's a great value. Just order your normal size. The material is fairly thin, so while it does have a supportive feeling and a bit of snatch, it's more a comfort garment than shapewear. I hope you find this helpful, trust me on the size bit. Product Review for LODAY Waist Trainer Corset For Weight Loss Tummy Control Sport Workout Body Shaper Black (XL, Black(Vest-Adjustable Straps)) : Pleasantly surprised. On a whim I decided to purchase this product, with hope that it would do as intended, train my waist... I was moderately excited when I opened the package only to be disappointed that it appeared I probably ordered the wrong size. It looked tiny and I am not. I decided to try it anyway, after all I did measure myself and purchased the XL based on those measurements.... and surprise, there is just enough stretch in it for me to attach the hooks and zip it up and boy was I pleased! Not only does it have sexy lace adjustable straps and hold my flabby gut in, but I had to also put a belt on when I pulled my jeans up. I've been working on losing weight and bought a size smaller pants and when wearing this corset I also have to wear a belt with the smaller pant size! That's not even the best part. The corset works to lift my breasts and flatten my stomach so I look and feel more feminine and prevents muffin top which is amazing and one of my biggest pet peeves with women's jeans. I'm a nurse and recently bought new scrubs. I wear 38DDD bra and have to buy XL tops to fit them. Now because of this corset, my waist looks so small in my scrub tops that they look sloppy and I'm happily paying my sister to take them in from the waist down. And I love the feel of the material against my skin. I'm actually looking forward to shopping for clothes for the first time in a long time. That's not even the best part. After working 8 years in long term care as a nurse my back is not in the best of shape. I often go to the chiropractor to have my spine adjusted to reduce the pain. I wore this corset to work. Not only was it comfortable, but the back support is the absolute best part. I expected to want to tear this off as soon as I got off work. I didn't. This won’t fit you if you’re small. I usually wear a medium (size 8 in jeans). I ordered a medium and it was huge so I sent it back and got a XS and it fits great. I’m 5’5 about 170lbs and 32.5 waist 43.5 hips for reference. I haven’t worked out in the XS but it seems like quality material.
