Very good quality and well built. We were looking to save some money and purchased the unit as a return from Amazon as in a "like new" condition. The packaging came to us pretty beat up. I was worried that the glass mirror or other parts got damaged but once we opened the package we were VERY pleasantly surprised that nothing was scratched or broken and the lighted mirror unit worked excellently, along with no parts missing! This 72x32 mirror is absolutely amazing! I love the size and style of the mirror. It elevated my bedroom and makes me happy to get ready every day. Everything from the delivery was great. The only thing I would say is that it has black spots on the glass. It’s not a big deal but does bother me. I waited for a long time to save and actually purchase it that I don’t want to return it. It doesn’t make any noise and the blue light doesn’t really bother me too much at night. I am thinking of purchasing another one for my parents. ... show more

This is a nice mirror, I would be happy with it except it has a fundamental design flaw. The mirror is advertised as can be plug-in or hardwired. But if you hardwire it, if the power goes out, when power comes back, everything defaults to on (the lights and the defogger turns on), even if everything was off at the time the power went out. When power is first applied to the mirror, such as the case after a power interruption, it should default to the same state as when the power went out, or it should default to off, it should not default to on. We had several storms in the area last season with many power interruptions, and this behavior is very annoying. If you go on a long vacation and turn everything off in your house, if there was a power interruption at your house, the light and the defogger would turn on by itself when no one is home. The defogger is supposed to turn itself off after some time, but not the light. I have another mirror from a different brand that does not exhibit this behavior. This was the perfect edition to my bathroom. The RGB and front lights keep my bathroom bring even without using the ceiling lights. My only issue was with the front lights, the brightness isn't consistent all the way around since the day of installation.

We just finished hanging and turned in the light and noticed a scratch or crack (looks more cracked) where the light shines through the white strip. Anyone know how I can contact the seller? Don’t want a refund, just a replacement. This mirror is nice except for this flaw. 😩😩
