    • Open it IMMEDIATELY/CHECK FOR DEFECTS
Arrived in August. Opened it a bit after the return period expired. There are two defects. A nick in the glass and a defect on the edge that looks like a piece of styrofoam is stuck to it. Haven’t connected electrical yet. Will update review if theres more bad news. Looks really great other than that. For the price, shop around. ... show more

We ordered this mirror back in the beginning of June and were extremely happy with the shipping and delivery. The mirror came in well packaged and upon first review everything seemed O.K. and no relevant damages were observed. Unfortunately, we had delays in our bathroom remodel and our contractor just installed the mirror today (end of July). Aside from the fact he needed a magnifying glass to read the print on the direction sheet for the electric connections, the install went rather smooth. Now for the bad part. As you can see in the pictures...the overall mirror looks great (from a distance), BUT when you look closely at the edges there are multiple imperfections throughout the trim work around the lighted area. This is extremely disappointing to us and what's worse is that when I went to my Amazon account to try and message the seller, there's no option for me to do that. SO, here's my review in hopes the seller notices and does something to rectify our situation! ... show more

Ordered ahead of schedule due to all the delays lately. Just installed last week and it was working fine, now today it won’t turn on at all, buttons arent lite and we hardwired the switch and nothing will turn on. Check the breakers checked everything our end and it still won’t work. Installed this mirror in a brand new construction home that the new owners are due to move in next week. ... show more

The mirror looks great but, after a few months of use, the led lights started going on and off. Amazon indicates there is a 2yr warranty on the mirror but provides no contact information for the manufacturer.
