I love the size and the design, but after one gust of wind it broke. The string that holds the metal to the fabric broke. The metal moved out of place to where another piece is. Can’t get them apart without bending the metal. It’s useless now.

I pressed the button to open the umbrella. When I tried to push the button to close the umbrella, it didn't work. I had to push the umbrella to close it. It is unusable.

We had a week of some serious downpour and I bought an umbrella to protect me from the rain. I didn't even get to use it as it broke before the rain even started.

I brought this 6/23. Didn’t go to use until 11/12/23. Well went to use it. Didn’t open nor extend. Past the return window. Wouldn’t buy this at all. No info to contact seller as I would like a full refund
