I wanted a controller grip, but didn’t want to buy a silicone sleeve. I wanted something that I could stick on the controller. I first tried Kontrol Freak, and loved it at first, but I wasn’t long before the edges began lifting. To my ADHD/OCD brain, it got to the point that it was so irritating I couldn’t use my controller without getting upset about the grips. So, I began looking for another adhesive grip, and stumbled across Lizard Skin. First of all, the grip is WAY better. It’s like the texture just adheres to your hands, it’s crazy. It’s also much thinner and comfortable, and the adhesive is GREAT. Also, each side is separated into two pieces, which makes application a breeze. It even comes with instructions that we’re super helpful, I didn’t have to use the video they made. Long story short, just buy it! You don’t need any other kind. They’re the best grips on the market. Freaking amazing grip! I'm an avid gamer for over 30 years and have tried almost every type of grip out there. Let me say these are by far the best. I have a Gamory wireless ps4 controller that I used my 1st on. Their pre cut for the official Sony controllers but honestly most all controllers have close to the same shape and contour, it fit great & feels/performs even better. Amazing adhesive, I peeled the first side attempt up 4 or 5 times and repositioned it and it stuck as good the 4th time as the 1st. The feel is like a soft rubber sponge type feel. Great for sweaty hands and very comfortable. So much better than any rubber or silicone grip I've ever tried. Very fast delivery as well. 10 out of 5 stars! Update: I posted some more pics of the other 2 I ordered. I loved the first one so much I got a 2nd and then a 3rd so now all 3 of my controllers are rocking one! These grips are frickin awesome, couldn't recommend them enough. 2nd update: Had to post 2 more pics, it's close to 6 months later and I switched out the back shell of my white/blue controller & put a dark blue shell on it, I completely peeled the whole blue lizard skin off the controller and re stuck it back on after I got the new back shell on, and it stuck just as good as when I first put it on! All in all they are worth it. I do wish they were a little thicker and I feel like the tred is wearing off a little. After a couple months there not a grippy as they were. But they stick on great and it's better then having nothing or the squid grips.

Just received this product in the mail today got it super fast. Estimated time was some time next month got it early. 👍 This grip really "doesnt" add thickness to your controller what so ever it fits in the hand nicely and really adds tons of grip. Installation was really straight forward gives instructions but its self explanatory Only concern with this product is the adhesive. it hasnt gave me a problem but it is super easy to peel off when you pick at it but thats if your picking at it dont no if it will peel with regular play time. [EDIT: I received these on March 1st, today it’s June 21st and the edges of my grips are just starting to mildly peel on one side. This didn’t happen with the first set, which I had for 5 months. I felt it necessary to include in my review, but I love these and still highly recommend!] This is my second set of LizardGrips, and I felt compelled to write a review because I’m very happy! I got my new set delivered (wanted a new colour) and when I peeled off the first skin noticed absolutely no sticky residue on the controller at all. Big win. Even so, you get a little alcohol pad with your order so everything is extra clean. Before I move on I just wanna say how impressed I am that my controller had 0 stickiness, considering how well the skin adheres (no frayed corners/edges, didn’t lose grip, etc). Besides that, the grip is great and the texture is satisfying. They’re really comfortable, my controller looks cute, and I can play all the sweaty matches I want with perfect grip. 😋 I bloody love these and recommend them to anyone who gives a damn. still work great! ive had them for almost a year. still stuck on . still grippy. application was easy. i do have back bumpers, and putting those on after was a little struggle but I dont have a reason to remove the bumpers so i forced it on and havent removed since.

I ordered two of these for Dual shock 4 controllers. They adhere great, they feel great. It just seems to me that this material is not THAT special. Surely someone can make a knock-off product that does the same job, even if it comes out of the Home Depot hardware department. I'll take a look around for similar materials, but in the meantime, they work great. ... show more
