Well for starters I was missing all of the hardware so i had to go shell out another 130$. Second the shipping box was tore up and looked as though it was a return that got re-taped up. The head and foot boards all seemed as though they had scratches, also the little boards on the ends you're supposed to be able to just screw in didn't have predrilled holes. So even if the hardware was in the box if you don't have a drill bit to predrill your holes it would over complicate it. Now the only and I mean only reason I'm giving it two stars and not one is because once I had the hardware it was relatively simple to put together the instructions were very easy to understand. ... show more

This bed is great at space saving and my kids love the space under the second bed to make forts, but the bed is very flimsy. You can bend the posts just by pulling on them. The bed wobbles a lot and heavier parents cannot climb onto the beds because of the flimsiness. This bed is for very light children only. We will likely need to replace this with a more sturdy version soon. ... show more
