The Little Seeds Piper Toddler Conversion Kit converts your Piper Metal Crib into a toddler bed. The mattress support must always be in the lowest position when using the crib as a toddler bed. In keeping with the Crib's Victorian elements, the Conversion Kit's curved metal is finished in non-toxic dove gray paint. First off, let me start by saying this is a beautiful crib. It feels very sturdy and solid. As first time parents, my husband and I had some difficulty assembling it at first, but once it came together, we were both overjoyed with the outcome. This was a crib my husband and I were interested before we even knew the gender of our baby, but by the time we found out we were having a little girl, it was sold out everywhere! We signed up for waiting lists, and were disappointed literally month after month when it was alleged to be coming back into stock but didn’t. I actually gave up on getting this crib, and was looking for other cribs on Amazon, when miraculously it was back in stock (three months after we signed up for waiting lists on Wayfair and Walmart). It is more expensive than when it was originally released, but for the quality and look of the product, I didn’t feel unwilling to spend the extra 40$. I didn’t notice any unpleasant chemical smells when it was unboxed, which I was hyper aware of after reading previous reviews for Little Seeds merchandise. I’m not giving this product a 5 star review for two reasons — 1. I wish the instructions were more clear about installing the bottom of the crib at the highest point when assembling it for a newborn. We had to disassemble our crib when we were almost finished it because we realized we weren’t going to reach to the lowest level of the crib for a newborn, and as first time parents, we were blindly following the instructions to make sure it was done right. Next time I’m sure we would be aware of this, but a little note in the instructions would have been nice to help foggy brain pregnant ladies to assemble it right the first time! 2. I wish the screws used to assemble the bed matched the gold coating of the crib. It’s a minor issue, sure, but I feel like it would have been much more visually pleasing if it all matched. As it stands now, I sort of want to disassemble the crib one more time to paint the screws myself before reassembling the crib, but maybe I’m a perfectionist. Overall, we are happy with and would recommend this crib to others. Our daughter is still a few weeks away from being due, but we think she’ll agree! ... show more

I’m so happy with this crib! It took my husband and I less than 45 minutes to put it together. It’s very sturdy and really good quality! It’s perfect for our vintage-chic secret garden theme. We also got the matching dresser and recommend that as well!

The media could not be loaded. I loved the crib easy to put together. Remember the warning label can be removed. I added decals I found on esty to the fabric. You won’t be disappointed.

The item was okay, I got the matching crib to it and didn't like how it looked with a white mattress. The mattress stood out very badly. I tried to return this changing table and they do not provide a return label! You will have to go to a UPS or Fedex and they will tell you its $300.00 to send it back!!! I ended up posting it on Facebook Market place and was able to sell it for the amount I bought it. ... show more

First the crib is bigger than I thought, my fault for not measuring. But don't be fooled by pictures. It's a really pretty crib but mine arrived with many dents and scratches. I'm disappointed because I paid so much and the crib is banged up, also some paint is chipping off. This might be from storage or travel, but we'll never know. The biggest disappointment is the annoying stickers all over their products. I had the same exact issues with the changing table also. For this reason, I'll never purchase from them again. Atleast make the stickers easily removable. I'm going to touch up the crib and make it look nice because I'm not going through the trouble of sending it back. ... show more

This is a great crib. The gold shown in the picture is true to color in person. The upholstered ends are a nice cream color. They are plush and the fabric seems durable. I did spray the fabric with scotch guard prior to assembly. The assembly itself takes about 30 minutes and requires two people to put it together. Once assemble, the crib is very sturdy and has a very nice look in the nursery. Some of the complaints I saw in the reviews were due to the warning labels on the inside of the fabric end pieces. They are annoying to look at, however, not the end of the world. Your mattresses will most likely cover them while the baby is still young enough to need higher placement. They are sew in, removal is always an option. Overall, very pleased with his product. ... show more
