  • A great upgrade for an RV
Style: 12V 230Ah TM
Pros * It can run my refrigerator all night * More than twice the usable power of two lead acid deep cycle batteries * Holds the voltage very well during discharge * Much lighter than the batteries it replaces Cons * It has some different operating characteristics that can throw your RV solar charger off while the BMS equalizes cells I first need to mention that my battery was not performing correctly when first received. I contacted LiTime and worked with Ricket. Now product support is generally overnight, I presume because China is quite a few hours ahead of us. I was surprised to get a quick response on a weekend. I explained what was going on, I made a measurement, and it was determined that the battery needed to be exchanged. FedEx did not want to accept the package because the warning label had been covered up by the original shipper. Ricket sent me a new label, and arranged FedEx to pick up the battery, and shipped me a new one. The whole process took a little over two weeks, but the battery arrived in time for me to install and test it for my next camping trip. The first time you charge the battery all the way up, you really should let it sit for a few hours. It might run up to 16 or 17 volts while it is managing itself. I found this slightly scary but it is best to just leave it alone. The main reason I wanted it was to run my refrigerator from sundown to sunup on the battery. I figure this takes about a maximum of 90 amp hours. I had two lead acid batteries each rated 75 amp hours. But lead acid batteries will only give you about half the rating before they give out. So I needed 90 amp hours and I was only getting 75 before may batteries were giving out. So after running all night on the LiFePO4 battery, I watched the charging. I have three solar panels that can provide up to 30 amps, and by early afternoon, 120 amp hours were needed to recharge the battery. By the way, I turned off the refrigerator to charge the battery. I will be charging the battery with the refrigerator still running tomorrow to see if the solar can keep up. But for now, things look pretty good. I got the Litime 12V 230Ah Plus Low-Temp Protection LiFePO4 Battery Built-in 200A BMS, Max 2944Wh just to be clear. It fits into the standard Camco double battery box, and I cut some pieces of foam toplace in the box to keep the battery from moving side to side. I will come back and update my experience if anything significant changes. ... show more

  • Works well, good product
Style: 12V 100Ah TM
I used this battery to replace an Optima AGM battery in my 36-volt trolling motor system that went bad after six years. I am impressed with the light weight - about 1/3 of the Optima. It was MUCH easier to get installed since there is very little room in the battery compartment of my boat (20 ft Triton). The new battery also costs $100 less than the Optima. The battery arrived well packaged in foam. It charged up overnight with my 10 amp boat charger. The only issue so far is the terminals. They use an 8mm bolt to attach the cables; this is difficult to do when reaching back into the battery compartment since I couldn't see the part of the battery where they attach. Total "by feel" job and if I'd dropped the bolt it would have been gone forever. Next time I'll get a couple of 8 mm stud bolts and make post-style terminals. After I had everything installed I ran the boat on the trolling motor wide open (112 lbs thrust) for about a mile with no issues. I'll update this review in a few weeks when I've had a chance to go on a few fishing trips. If it works out I'll replace the other two TM batteries this winter with these LiOn batteries. ... show more

  • Seems to work well. Charges up and runs my 12V MinnKota with spotlock
Style: 12V 100Ah TM
It's a bit bigger than expecting (upgraded from group 24 size) and it barely fits in the compartment of my little boat and 2 of these would be a challenge. Group 24 would have been a much preferrable form factor. Otherwise, I have only tested it once, so I can't speak to quality or longevity, but my little 50ah that I also have in my battery compartment next to it can run my trolling motor for about 4-5 hours non-stop, and I have had it a little while without any issues, so I think this will probably have the same quality. Based on testing, I expect this will be 8-10 hours on the harshest non-stop/full throttle conditions for my 12V motor, probably 12+ hours on a normal usage day... The secondary battery combined with this battery gives me 75% of the weight of the smallest amp hour lead acid and 150% of the power, and I can fish ALL day sunrise to sunup, using my motor nonstop. Good deal. Especially if I don't have to replace this in 2 years like a lead acid... ... show more

  • Excellent kayak trolling motor battery
Style: 12V 100Ah TM
Own a higher end fising kayak and bow mount trolling motor (nucanoe pursuit + motorguide xi3 with GPS / Spot Lock). Purchased this to cut weight down as I was running lead acid batteries in the 24, 27, and 31 groups. This battery is half the weight or less. Definitely opened up adding more tackle etc. More cost effective than the other major fishing brands out there (X2 or Dakota Lithium). I do like that I can easily run this battery a few days using spot lock without having to charge. ... show more

  • Light and powerful
Style: 12V 100Ah TM
Have had this a few months… trolling moto edition. Use it on a 55pound thrust motor. I have yet to really come close to draining it. Very light approximately 20-25 pounds. Charges easily. For fisherman who use a smaller boat with electric motors this battery is a no brainer for the price

  • Very nice battery
Style: 12V 230Ah TM
I've had this battery for almost two weeks now and overall I'm very happy with it. My only real complaint is that it doesn't have a Bluetooth version. In order to properly manage the battery I had to buy a separate Bluetooth shunt. It's certainly a big upgrade from my old lead-acid relics.
