The mattress does not cover the bed frame completely which leaves springs exposed to get hair and sheets, etc. caught on! Also, a thin not real memory foam mattress. Adding an additional foam made it comfortable to sleep several nights! Be cautious, the frame snaps back as soon as it is turned over.

It was set up today which took about two minutes once it was extracted from the box. Mattress is thin, (may be 2” but I am unsure without using a measure) unlike what the pictures show. This is not a deal breaker because I am sure it tells you clearly what you get and the reviews help with this too. I have lain on the bed to test it for myself and I find it comfortable. Bed is comfy. Grandchildren using fir visits. No bars to dig into your back. BUT I really wanted the bed IN THE bag to store & once you get that bed out of the bag....it doesn't go back in. That is my only disappointment with the product.

This bed is sturdy and pretty comfy for a cot. None of those crossbars hurting you ribs! I love that it is easy to store away in a closet The only negative thing about it for me is that it is difficult to get it back into its cover after use. It takes a bit if effort. I also would like to mention that I had lost the end clip to the bed. I contacted the company, and they sent me a new one free of charge!
