We have a 2018 Lance 2375 with a poorly designed awning. If there is any rain the awning turns into a hammock & holds water. My husband was able to get these installed easiky & quickly before our trip. It did rain on the next trip. I was able to put them (3) in place alone & they worked great.

We purchased an “economy” awning in lieu of one priced in the thousands. It had issues shedding water. These solved that problem! In fact, we have had winds over 20 mph with heavy rain and haven’t had to roll up the awning. Highly recommended!

When these arrived, the box was totally shot! Torn down the side and screws missing. I called and emailed Lippert, but they're too big to care. And you know what they would say anyhow... "Oh, it happened in shipping." But the way the parts that were intact were wrapped told me it was just sloppy customer service... Poor if any quality control. Lippert's customer service is terrible! They could have easily remedied this and sent me the missing parts. That being said, after running to Home Depot, the Awnbrella works fine. They've held up pretty well even with gusts of 40 mph winds. I've since learned to take them down when the wind kicks up or they'll fall out of their brackets. Would I buy them again? Here's the part that sucks... Yes, even with the terrible customer service. And that's just what Lippert is banking on. Ughhh... What can ya' do? Hope this helps. -Mike ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a very useful product. It's a little tricky to install. The instructions on most Lippert products, that I've used, are a bit tricky. Instructions need to be read several times, or you'll end up with extra unsightly holes. Mechanical aptitude and a helper are reccomened. Note on images how the lawn my bows up tightly. It also creates clearance that prevents the door from rubbing when opened. The awning may be coming me stretched if kept oen for a time,And may require periodic adjustment. ... show more

    • The sticky side of the Velcro is useless..

Tightens my awning up to keep it from flopping around and let’s the rain run off well! Only down side of this is the Velcro system to keep it attached to the awning in case it comes loose. The sticky side of the Velcro is useless.... I cleaned before attaching and even use a good aftermarket glue after it failed the first time and it just won’t stick to the awning. Make sure they’re tight against the awning before you lock it down and you shouldn’t have to worry about them coming loose and falling down. ... show more

Designed to make water drain better. However, this will take the flop out of your awning. I installed 5 braces on mine with 2 of them being at the ends. They cautioned on not drilling within 30+ inches of the ends but if you are smart enough to control your drill and not drill into the spring or motor, then you will be okay. Others have claimed the sharp edges on the holes they drilled have torn their awning...these are the same people that should not be doing their own work—chamfer your holes after drilling the tube and you will not have this issue. ... show more
