Disappointed that it could not be used at my house. I only have 5.5" of wall space between door frame and a window frame so I needed a small mounting plate which this has, however the fixture attaches to the mounting bracket from the side. I did not catch this in the pictures. I could not get a screw into the side due to limited side space surrounding placement of fixture. Darn, this fixture is very nice and I wanted the motion sensor on the bottom to allow catching motion further out from porch steps. ... show more

My son installed it for me to replace the original light from my house. It is beautiful and I love the flexibility of being able to use thr motion control, the dimmer, etc.

In a sea of me too products in the motion sensor lights, I was delighted to find this light. Its unique design may not appels to everyone, but I was impressed with the quality of this light fixture. One feature I like is the ability to set the light off, and turn automatically on when motion is detected. I don't particular like the dust-to-dawn feature, but having that option is nice. Most outdoor lighting look the same, same shape. Just wanted something simple, with good sensing. Bought the 120watt equivalent LED bulb, painted the frame with brown and gold to match the house colors better and looks great, works great. Relatively easy to install! My front porch lights are on a timer so I haven't tested the dusk-to-dawn function yet but the lights are bright and look good! The writing on the bottom is not clear and at this price point, I would expect a little better quality control.
