The sauna works very well. Easy to set up, it's very easy to assemble and use. It's very useful and relaxing. It clears all the toxins out of my system. It always helps with better blood circulation. The water does take a few minutes to warm up and is definitely a good price and excellent quality.

Received fast--all the parts were there. Pretty easy to put together--suggestion--put the bottom section together first then put that into the cover then assemble the rest of the frame and it goes together smoothly. The chair is pretty much not usable for me. To low to the ground and not to easy to get out of inside the steam room unless you open the door. Also because it sits so low all the heat is in the top of the room and it seems not much heat goes to your legs. I had a shower stool I used instead and it was a little better. I'm 5 foot 8 inches tall and could stand up without my head touching the top. Taking the lid off the steam dispenser inside the tent seems to release steam a little better, Takes a good 15 to 20 minutes befre its ready to use. The timer on the steamer works well--it did shut off at the time I set. Overall I'd rate it three and a half stars, it just doesn't get hot enough to get deep into your skin and really soothe your muscles--yes it produces some decent steam so it's really hard to tell how much you're sweating or just covered in steam. ... show more

This product is pretty great! I’ve been using it every day for a month. I’m still fat but oh man people are stopping me on the street to compliment my skin. Never in 40 years of living has this happened. Plus due to the tiny size of the chamber I have overcome my fear of being buried alive. All I have to do is sweat it out and reach that place of bliss. Seems poorly made. The seems on some of the zipper are torn apart which leaks out the steam. It doesn’t seem to get very hot. I’ve had it on for 20 minutes and it feels almost luke warm. Not sure if maybe it’s defective or what but it’s not hot at all. When it arrived there was a ton of crud all over the windows. Smelled poisonous tbh. Cleaned it a bunch but not sure I feel good about this sauna box sadly. Certainly does not get to 120. Mine is only getting to 80 at maximum output. False advertising. ... show more

I got this to replace a portable one that my fiancé had. It was easy to setup, looks nice, but the steamer doesn’t get hot enough. I’m glad we kept the steamer from his old one. If the steamer was hotter, it would be more stars!

This is as good as it gets for an at home sauna. Period. It however does come with some minor work. I put a small saucer under the diffuser unit in the sauna to prevent it from getting entirely to wet on the floor. I spray it down with a nsf bleach combination. I have very hard water so the steam unit needs to have a lime/hard water solution weekly. And lastly, the sweat mat inside needs to be rinsed out completely each week to prevent any orders. I fold it small rinse it, roll it tightly in a towel and throw it on top to allow it to dry . It and the unit dries fast, if you leave the door open. I have used it daily since December 2023 without issue, plus these maintenance issues as needed. ... show more

    • The steam producer stopped working after a week

It worked pretty good. The box filled with steam it didn’t get that hot though probably like 90 degrees. But the machine just stopped working and wouldn’t turn on after a week. After reaching out to customer service I was sent a working replacement.
