I am very fond of these notebooks. They are sturdy and look very nice. The pen holder is a good feature to have for all of the notebooks and the paper quality is very nice. The paper is nice to write on, no issues with pages laying flat or with the binding when using the book to write in. Two things I wish were better would be to have more than 1 bookmark and to have the pages already numbered since there is already a space for that at the bottom. 2 minor additions I would love to see on this already pretty solid notebook! ... show more

this is a great journal! i like how there are content pages in the beginning so you can easily keep track of where important notes are without having to flip through all the pages. this is far cheaper than alternatives and i'll be purchasing again.

I'm new to journaling, so bought this pretty book to get going. It has a nice leather like texture that's easy to hold. There's an elastic loop for a pen and another to wrap around the cover to keep closed. The paper is thick and nice quality. The book is well made and a good price. I carefully read reviews to pick out this journal/notebook. The paper is not high quality. Though better than some, the ink still bleeds through. It is college lined, but there are only 26 lines. I personally need 30. I use my journals for various projects & I use the lines on some of the pages to list 1-31 for the date.
