My husband is a fan of this brand after buying Lincove Down Pillows so when we needed a down comforter for our new home, we ordered this one. (Before he suggested trying this Lincove down comforter, I had shopped at all the home stores for the perfect one, and even with their holiday discounts, the soft/lightweight ones that I was drawn to were always SO expensive. Like, I winced when I would peek at the price tag and could not force myself to buy anything...) Fast forward to buying this one - when it arrived, I was a wee bit skeptical after my experience in the home departments at all the major stores and the discount stores as well. I was VERY happily surprised when we pulled this comforter out of the box -- it was very soft, very fluffy, lightweight and also full at the same time. WE LOVE IT! First I ordered the Lincove pillow and absolutely love it. My sleep improved so much that I purchased the duvet insert. I could not be happier. The corner attachments make putting the cover on and having it stay in place so easy. Due to the crazy weather within one month I've been cozy in 30 degrees with snow falling and near 80 degrees still comfortable with the temperature regulating down. This is the lightest, fluffiest most wonderful down I've ever purchased. I look forward to climbing into my cloud like bed every night. I'm getting the best sleep ever. It's a good thing I'm retired because some mornings I don't want to get out of bed! ... show more

First we bought a all-season queen size for our son and we fell in love with it. Fluffy and has enough warms we were looking for. We purchased the king size one next which turned out to be a big disappointment because there wasn't the fluffiness we expected from the experience using the queen one. We don't know why. King size one has less down per square!? We still kind of liked it so we didn't return it but after using it for over a month we decided to contact the company because the more we use them the more we felt the difference between the fluffiness of the queen size one and the king size one. They approached us nicely and in the first email they asked us the purchase IDs so that they can investigate the products. We received a second email so we thought they did the investigation but what they asked us was if someone already had followed up or not which was a big disappointment. In the third email we thought we finally recieved the results then they asked us if we already had used the product or not which will help them figure out the cause of the problem which made our patience run out. Of course we had used it which was described in the earlier email plus if it was used then how possibly they can figure out the cause of the problem!? What happened to the IDs and investigation? Also the products don't have the tags saying if they are all-season or not so you can't tell by looking at them my yourself. Still they say we are supposed to be able to find them so we asked them to show us what they look like but they haven't repied to us yet while they keep asking us questions saying they need our answers for the "further" support in each email but we are tired of these approaches not going anywhere so stopped replying to them. We had high expectations for their customer service because the products including the shipping and wrapping were exceptional but receiving these evasive replies made us really disappointed. We also noticed a lot of down come out of the comforter constantly we ended up collecting them to see how much of them come out. The picture is the down we collected in 5-6 weeks which makes us wonder how much of them would be left in a couple of years of use. Overall for the products we would give 5 stars to the all-season queen, 3 stars to all-season king and 1 to the customer service. My beloved down comforter got a hole in it so I dedicated myself to finding the perfect, extra fluffy, replacement. I was willing to spend a little bit but definitely not more than $400. While no comforter actually looks like the pictures advertised, you can feel and see the difference in quality in this one versus the no name brand ones on here that end up being over 50% down fiber. The packaging was lovely and the comforter itself feels luxe at a pretty reasonable price compared to other true luxury full down comforters.
