This olive oil taste very mild and smooth. I find that many of the Greek olive oils are mild and not heavy in the taste or very oily. I like that!

We have purchased dozens of different olive oils over the last decade. This one is nondescript. Not offensive, but not worth $25 for 500ml. A medium lite olive oil without character. PJ Kabos or Ellora are two wonderful olive oils from Greece available on Amazon for a similar price. Trader Joe’s sells a Greek olive oil for around $15 a liter that is superior. I use Partanna from Sicily as my daily olive oil and purchased in 3 liter tins it’s about $9 for 500 ml, a much better oil at 1/3 the price. The company claims organic and fresh but after doing some digging I could not find any backup info. I gave the remaining 90% to my college age son to use for cooking. . A hard pass. ... show more

Yummy oil, slight pepper tast and is wonberful for dipping bread with herbs and makes a superior salad dressing.
