For the price, this is a decent couch. It looks nice, and it went together easily. I got this 5 months ago. I don't think it is really intended for long and heavy use. When I got it, my bedroom was in a state of construction, so I was sleeping on this couch. I was opening it up daily, and using it to sleep on steadily for about 2 months. I don't think it is intended for that much heavy use. After those 2 months, it continues to get daily use by me as my main place to relax and watch TV, read, or play my Switch on a daily basis for most of the evening after work. It's also my primary place to take a nice nap after working around the house on the weekends. It has begun to tear a bit at a couple of seams. The roll out bed portion doesn't like to stay on its track and sometimes comes loose to push several inches away from the rest of the couch. The arms and where the two sections connect is not a super strong connection and time has made them all a bit wobbly. The couch has also settled some, and the frame can be felt through the cushions, especially where the two sections meet. This makes napping on it with my head at the chaise side uncomfortable with a bar right about where my hip is, so I lay on it with my head at the other end. For the price I paid (which was under $600 at the time, its fluctuated since then) I do think its a decent deal for the money. When a good, solid couch is more in the $2000 range, this little one is holding up pretty well, so I can't complain too much. But, if this couch is going to get heavy use by multiple people, kids, pets, it probably won't stand up to a beating. If you need a good, sturdy, long lasting couch, I'd recommend looking at something more expensive if you can afford it. It is a perfect size for my little 600SF house though, and the ability to switch around which side the chaise is on is very convenient for making it fit into my space. ... show more

I had been looking for a smaller couch that had storage, and most importantly, expanded to allow for sleep. Other complaints are that the couch is stiff. The only part that is super stiff is the part where all of the pieces met. I was able to put it together by myself. But, I would recommend having an electric screwdriver on hand. A few of the legs have to be manually screwed into some wood. It can be done manually with a screwdriver but would save some time if an electric screwdriver was used. We bought this for a camper trailer we renovated since the description says it was small enough, and when I say it’s beautiful and fits perfect, it’s beautiful and fits perfect. Its not too big but not too small. It was very easy to install and best part, it pulls out to either lay comfortably while watching tv or to sleep on. It’s large enough to fit my 6 foot husband. I don't leave reviews, but this one I had to do, because my experience is absolutely ridiculous. I'm disappointed on the lack of flexibility this company has. I bought the item 5/15 at a price of $505 with free shipping. I received the couch on 5/22. I unbox the couch and put it all together. I sat on it and goodness gracious... this couch is EXTREMELY HARD, absolutely no budge, or softness. I called OJCommerce the next day (5/23) since it was so late. I was informed I would have to pay / be charged a shipping fee at a discount rate of "$138.67" and be placed in its ORIGINAL box (which I had to cut to remove couch). Are you kidding me $138.67? Yes, I understand that I would have to pay some sort of return fee but come on. I mention I would like to purchase their black leather couch that looks softer, a simple swap. I would put the current grey couch I have in the new black leather couch box and ship it back. I was told "NO". Now I'm disappointed with their customer service! Conclusion: WORD TO THE WISE: If you buy this couch and it will be hard as a rock..you CANNOT return it at a reasonable price and they do not budge. My recommendation is to buy an "Amazon" returnable item/furniture. OJCommerce you could of had a couple other purchases from me since I furnishings an apartment, but you lost a good customer, since I have few friends who like the couch layout. UPDATE: 7/2/23 I called Amazon several times: I spoke to several agents, I laid my case out, all were in agreement if this was them they would like a return. Long story short, Amazon I opened an A-Z claim. After 1month Amazon settled with the vendor stating "The Amazon A-to-z Guarantee protects you when you purchase items sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller. Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and the CONDITION OF THE ITEM. As this return isn't a result of an Amazon.com or the third party seller’s error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any restocking fees that may apply. Assembly was easy & it’s extremely comfortable when the bed portion is pulled out; just a tad short for those who are taller. That makes it challenging to relax into the couch.
