UPDATE AND QUESTION FOR MANUFACTURER: While I do like this piece, I regret to add that after 3 months of infrequent use only as a sofa in a spare room, I recently pulled the bed section out. We pulled it out 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The 2nd time, the assembled wheels that allow that section to roll came loose. We screwed them back in but they come loose everytime we attempt to roll the bed out. Without the wheels, the section doesn't roll and falls off the tracks designed to keep it in place... rendering this a useless buy. Is there a solution, please? Can this bed section please be replaced? ... show more

So far so good. Got it 2 days early so I'm stoked about that. My hubs put it together in like 30 mins ( go hubs you handy fella you 😘) it looked nicer than I thought it would . So far everyone likes it have not slept on it yet but it will be. Price was good for what it is. I'm happy with this purchase as of now. Thanks to the fella on here that said the arm cusion were in the arms themselves that helped loads you sir deserve a beer or steak for that. So if you like this couch it is far better the the other futon looking ones like this. ... show more

    • Good couch. Little hard to assemble.

The material feels very nice. It's not high off the ground do you don't have to worry much about things getting lost underneath. Same thing goes for the space between the cushions. There's hardly any gaps. Assembling was pretty frustrating however. The left arm hooks were a pain in the neck to slide into the chaise part. The back cushions also felt like they were too wide for the grooves so it was a struggle to get them to fit in. The 6 rectangular legs don't have actual holes pre-made, they just have chalked out lines of where to install them. I highly suggest using a power drill. DEFINITELY A TWO PERSON JOB. Just having to lift the parts out of the boxes took some effort. Honestly, I wish there was a video showing how to assemble it. I think that would have also helped for the people who couldn't find the arm rests. Overall good couch (once assembled). ... show more

so i just got the "3 big boxes" for this sleeper couch and ok they came 2 different days whatever. the couch is nicr and sturdy and relatively comfy for those that need the support and dont like swallow me whole couches (aka me) but im pissed off because we DIDNT GET THE CUSHIONS FOR THE ARM RESTS.... how do you not check to make sure everything was in the boxes b4 you ship it out? im goin to have to call them up because they arent open late for customers (just so you know) and i had to wait for my fiance to get home b4 putting this together as im almost full term pregnant. so as long as i get my cushions i guess everything is good and fine but as of right now this is irritating me. i woulda gave it 5 stars but this is a setback that should have not been made. ... show more

VERY easy to assemble. Make sure to remove arm rests from inside before screwing on feet! I love it but if I sit for about the length of a movie, my bottom "falls asleep" or hurts. The bottom is extra firm we all wish they were as cushy as armrests or back rest. My husband has taken off armrest and used for a bottom cushion. ... show more

This couch is great and comfortable. I had it a few months now and the pull-out part seems to be sunk in. After a year, the pull out piece is sunk in and the board is painfully jamming in my body.

Nice but material looks like it can easily get worn and torn fast, also I'm not sure if it will soften over time but the cushions are hard. The assembly was easy. Overall its nice and functional because it's storage and a sleeper, so u will get more for us money.

Comfortable, cleans easily, and I love it that the lounge part is easy to install on either side. We had to get it delivered to our rural address (no trouble), carry the pieces (in 3 boxes) up 3 flights of steps, and assemble it in place (not hard). PLEASE remove the arm rests (they are INSIDE the end sections) BEFORE beginning to assemble the sofa! We order a Queen-sized mattress topper to make the sleeper extra comfortable. ... show more
