The media could not be loaded. Wheelchair is unsafe. Its moves by itself, you can turn it off, it jerks movement in place, terrible item. I want my money back! Before I have to get in touch with someone. You have to go on a slow mode to control steering and then you don’t always have control of it /. The more speed you give it to less control you have .and the foot plate does not stay up when you put it up. It falls down. Just be careful. You don’t trip over it when it’s down I wouldn’t recommend the chair. Also, sometimes when I’m going along the seat pushes up on me and I can’t figure out why. this is their fix and reply to me. not a good seller or company. Thank you for providing your address and contact information. We have consulted with our factory regarding the lock nuts. After thorough testing, they found that the lock nuts might not be effective and could potentially cause further damage to the footrest if not installed correctly. Therefore, the best solution would be to use a strap to secure the footrest. You can run a strap through the gap under the seat cushion and attach it to the footrest. Bought this for my grandmother after knee surgery. Folds and loads easy in trunk, battery last a long time,very easy to maneuver. It was real handy when she wanted to go shopping but couldn't walk for long periods and much better than regular wheelchair.

Its a solid peace of work but it won't lock qinto the folded posistion. The 360 wheels in front makes it a little squirrelly and you need to keep your feet tight together on the foot platform or it has trouble righting itself straight. This is not a matter of safety but an annoyance as well as the beeping while backing. Once you get used to these inconveniences and annoyances it will zip you around quite well. It is very maneuverable and quick. Battery life seems satisfactory before recharge is necessary. A very close friend has a debilitating disease and was in desperate need of a power chair. As she could not afford one, I found the RehabRolls chair, and although I was dubious of the quality because of the low price, I bought it for her. It has been a godsend for my friend, who now has her mobility back. The quality of the chair far exceeds its low price, and after several months of continuous use, continues to opearate flawlessly. The folding feature and lightweight allows her friends to load it up when she travels. A feature she really likes are the parking brakes, because the chair free wheels when the motor is off. I love this chair! It was easy to assemble. It folds with ease. I am a large woman and it takes me up my ramp as if I weigh nothing. The charge lasts a long time. I just can't say enough good things about it. Well I still feel same way about the product. However, there is NO customer service My controller quit working 10 days after my time to return it.
