The bed arrived in a heavy box and required assembly. It was not difficult to assemble and seemed rather sturdy when complete. Do not like the drawers underneath. They feel flimsy and are wire with no solid bottom. Would have preferred them to be more substantial or at least made so small stuff can’t fall out. That being said, they are not in use. They have the ability to lock in under the bed, which is good, but they stick out just enough so your toe hits them when standing next to the bed. So the drawers aren’t my favorite thing. Other than that - everything is as it appears in the photos on Amazon and I’d say it’s absolutely worth the price. ... show more

I Love the LED Lights the extra outlets for the plugs which all works Great!! Also the bed has the extra basket storage space which I covered the holes with poster board to stop my items from going through the basket, I love the extra space much needed! I did have the video instructions plus the instructions it came with all very helpful to put together however I am use to my husband putting things together, next time I want to hire someone to put it together, I spent more time than I wanted to spend on it though. Easily to be install, there are simple instructions to explain in detail and can be easily installed by one person. The bed frame is very strong, child like to jump and it can be withstand. Bed was easy enough to assemble. Shipped quickly, and arrived when it should. Some parts of the instruction called for wooden dowels, but none were supplied in this version. Instructions should be updated. Bed was sturdy, and all the parts lined up. Only gripe is that the drawers should be pulled out when fixing the sheets to the mattress, as they interfere with the process. Not a star deduction, just a gripe compared to my previous home-built frame that had an extra bit of space to allow movement of the mattress from the bottom storage areas. I’ve been up since 9 am est putting this thing together and it’s 9:41 pm est. I’m exhausted and just needed to get this out. My original bed frame for which I’ve had since I was 13 years old finally gave out on me and so I had to look for a quick option because I’m a teacher and I need my beauty rest. Since I’m also an avid reader, it seems like a reasonable option because it had a bookshelf, and I also needed storage space for underneath the bed. For years, I’ve been using under bed storage bags for extra clothes and blankets because the house is small and I needed somewhere to put things that wasn’t the floor. Now for me, it looks exactly like the picture but the picture is angled so horribly that it failed to mention that it is incredibly short. I unfortunately can’t even use bed risers with it (which is what I normally have been doing since college). The box is so freaking heavy. Granted I’m not a small woman, but with me taking care of my mom (who cannot lift it) I was on my own and it’s 100+ lbs.. the quality is decent and my mattress slides a little but not too bad that it’d piss me off. It definitely gets the job done, but to the creators, please make it taller… I’m a tall girl and I just know this height is going to be devastating on my lower back and legs.. just a suggestion. ... show more

[Pics on the way soon] THE GOOD: Bed is sturdy for what it is, but is acceptable for the price. I would invest in thread-locker and dielectric grease during assembly to keep it sturdy & silent. Instructions are simplistic, but caused no problems with assembly. THE BAD: The packaging was minimal. Box took quite a bit of damage during it's trip from China. I expect light damage to the box, but it was a few inches oversized so items inside shifted quite a bit. There ended up being some light scuffing on a few metal parts, but I'm okay with that since they are not visible on the final assembly. However, the built-in recessed power outlet came damaged. It is still functional, but is a major eye-sore and the broken piece cut my finger. I REALLY don't want to return this as it is otherwise fine, but SELLER, if you're listening, please let me know if I can get either a replacement power point or a $20ish refund to buy my own. I don't even care if I have to rerouter the hole to make it fit, I just would like the matter settled. [Especially since the price dropped $35 after I bought it]. ... show more
