Arrived in a box surrounded by a wooden frame. Delivery guys placed it in my garage. Nothing was broken or missing from the box. Super easy to install. Only issue was the screws for the back of the bench are impossible to drill in completely as the space between the heater and screw hole isn’t enough to even fit a small screw driver. I first started using a sauna at a local spa and quickly realized I needed one at home. I knew LifePro was the brand to go with, and the Rejuvacure Far Infrared Sauna did not disappoint! It’s the perfect size for my space, and I feel a more intense, deeper sweat than I ever did at the spa. The built-in lights and speakers are a great touch, and it looks fantastic in my home. It was extremely easy to put together. Looks great, heats up pretty quickly and is very comfortable to sit in. I’ve had the sauna for a month now and am using it about 5 days per week. So far, no issues and I’m loving it!

This is a great at home sauna. The only thing that I have noticed and would recommend to change would be around the glass door. It let's some cold air in and hot air out. The leg area is the worst spot that you will notice this. Overall not bad for the money and convenience of an at home sauna.

The media could not be loaded. I love the craftsmanship of this sauna. I was on the fence for a long time in choosing size, style, and options. I felt the video instructions on the ordering site, coupled with the included installment booklet were more than ample for set up. Yes, 2 people would be perfect for ease of set up, but I’m in my mid 60’s and was able to haul each piece upstairs and set it up by myself without tremendous difficulty (other than the steep rise of my stairs,lol). I used some of the packing styrofoam to hold the roof portion up while hooking up the electronics. Again, the step by step instructions were clear to me. (Have shims ready should you need to level it out). As I have pointed out in the video, there’s a small portion of the glass that was allowing cold air in and that was easily resolved with clear silicone for windows and doors, (the silicone was applied to the exterior since the heat rating was 125F). Prior to the silicone, the temperature held between 135-139, and afterwards it’s ranging between 143-145F. I have used this consistently every other night for the last three weeks and I’m thoroughly enjoying the sessions; Bluetooth speakers work very well. (Per the handbook you should start with lower temperature and shorter periods of time to acclimate; I’m at about 25 minutes at 143F. It’s taking approximately 35 minutes to get into the 135F range, but at 40-45 minutes it’s at 145ish). The company reached out to me via email about one week after the delivery of the product; I responded, and then they responded back again. So I feel good knowing the communication is there . (And having Amazon delivery into the house at the first accessible space was SO helpful!) ... show more

I used it once daily for 2 days and it worked perfectly. The third day, I went to turn it on and nothing happened. I used the instruction manual’s tips for trouble shooting, unplugged cords, plugged them back in, etc. I got strange error messages on the display, but it still was not working. I called customer support during their open hours multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Emailed them and got a response that basically said fill out this form to request a new one. When I filled out the form, the sauna that I bought wasn’t even listed on the options. It wouldn’t let me proceed without selecting something, so I had to select something else. I followed up with an additional email explaining the situation and got no response. Needless to say I am returning this and will not be doing business with this company again. Absolutely terrible experience and now having to deal with the hassle of having to take it apart and shipping it back. ... show more

The setup was super easy as long as you have two people. The sauna gets hot and is dry, which I prefer. Lots of sweat to remove toxins. Love the chromatherapy and the USB music via Bluetooth.
