First off, it took us over a week to get it registered and able to use the app. The registration email you are supposed to receive to confirm your email address never came through. This was our first time to contact support. We get past that and then the live photos won't work. Support gives us step by step instructions and trouble shoots (they are very nice), but the live photos still won't work. Now 2 months into owning this it won't stop printing the same picture over and over again. the app shows it is going to print the selected pictures, but the photo that comes out is not one of the selected ones. Support people are nice enough, but all the support in the world will not make it work when the app is clearly lacking and repeatedly glitching. This was a waste of time and money. ... show more

I am a hair stylist and use the printer for my clients during their consultation. This was a reasonable price and the photo paper was sticky back exactly what i needed. The only problem is that after printing 1 picture, i couldn't get it out of the queue. When selecting the next picture to print, the original selection printed several times. After deleting and reinstalling the app, i was able to get the option to delete from the queue. My last 2 papers - i thought i was doing the right thing. Nope, i hadn't even selected anything to print and don't you know, it printed the last picture again! Out of the 10 photo sheets that came with the printer, I actually printed 4. I gave it a 4 because i the printer size and paper option are what i need. it would be 5 if i could clear the queue immediately and print. ... show more

I bought this to replace another higher priced printer that quit working. I'm very happy with this, it prints better than the higher priced one I had. The only problem I had, the paper that was supplied would not work. Fortunately, I had plenty left over from my other printer and it's working great! Having read other reviews, we do turn off the app after printing a picture to clear the queue, so it doesn't print duplicates, but the print quality/clarity of the pictures is great. Definitely happy with this purchase.

This photo printer is pretty neat. Has features to add text and affects as well as cropping and color adjustment. It seems to print pictures light and washed out so you have to learn it's quirks and adjust each picture. Order extra film, you keep one print out of 2-3 pictures printed

The description says this works with iPhone, however I have an iPhone 12 and this will not work with my phone. My son has an iPad and it doesn’t work with that either, although the description doesn’t say that it will... If you are hoping to use with apple products beware. Maybe it works with older iPhones? If you enjoy printing the same image repeatedly and green/yellow tinted images, this printer is for you. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and I was able to successfully waste every single smart paper on 2 images. Will certainly be returning for a superior product.

The printer prints good, but the Life print software is horrible. I returned it after wrestling to get the printer to actually print and then allow the next print to print. Not smart enough.
