I waited a little while to write this review because I'd read the other reviews on here, and some reported some troubling issues, so I wanted to make sure if there were any problems with printing before writing this review. My verdict: I LOVE this little thing, and I'm so glad I bought it! The accessories are great, and of pretty good quality - I really can't complain at all! Even the stickers it comes with stick on well, and the printer itself has worked flawlessly for me. I've had no issues with anything being flimsy, or paper getting stuck in the printer. The paper the pictures are printed on is very high quality, and the pictures are very vibrant and beautiful! The only complaints I have about the printer is really with the software. I wish the battery monitor on the app was more precise, as it seems to fluctuate as much as 20% when you open the app at different times. You can't print a TON of pictures before the battery runs out, but I don't generally sit down to print 15 pictures at once or anything like that. The app also gives you a notice that your printer isn't connected before it even has a chance to do so, which is kind of annoying. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product, and I think it was a good value for the money. I bought the yellow one and I think it's very cool looking, and a nice throwback to my childhood. It fits in the palm of your hand, prints quickly, and the refill paper packs are a great value. I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

Absolutely amazing. The picture and paper quality is great! The battery life is a little short lived, two prints and it was down to 60%. The print speed, to me, is a bit slow, but for the size of this printer and what not, that’s to be expected I’m sure. Overall, great product. We're giving the KODAK Mini 2 Retro 4PASS Portable Photo Printer another shot after our first one called it quits too soon. Hoping this round lasts longer—fingers crossed, especially considering the price. It's convenient for quick prints at home, perfect for sprucing up my daughter's room with her favorite memories. The printer's compact size makes it easy to use anywhere, but I do wish it could churn out slightly larger photos. Despite this, it's become a go-to for instant room decor projects. My only hang-up? Overall, I'm very pleased with this little printer, which I purchased to take on our upcoming vacation for visual journaling. As others have experienced, my first print jammed, then the color film was ripped and the first cartridge that came in the print was a waste. See last image of the mayhem that resulted. That was a helpful experience, however, because it helped me understand how the printer works. Because there was a fragment of film stuck in the rollers, I had a tough time getting the second cartridge installed, but with a lot of care, got it to work. My first print was a batch of purple flowers. The resulting image was very disappointing. The original image is the third one attached, and the print is the fourth image. I tried another image that also had a kind of rose/lavender background on a graphic, which was also a bit disappointing. So I decided to find a color wheel image and test print that. The original color wheel image is the first image attached, and the print is the second image. My conclusion from that test is that this printer will not print red, magenta and purple as well as I would like. That's not a deal-breaker for me, even though it is disappointing. Because dye sublimation is a heat-transfer process, it's possible that color rendering will change over time as the machine is broken in. If I were doing this all again, I would remove the first cartridge that came in the printer and reseat it. My thinking is that the printer may be jarred in transit and slightly misalign the printer. I'll probably wrap my printer in bubble-wrap while transporting in order to avoid that issue again. ... show more
